I take 7 supplements daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with paracetamol and lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these 7 supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.Last week I read a new report that trials were about to start using a new supplement that contains 5 ingredients, 2 of which I am already taking but I thought I should add in the other 3; Choline is one of them. I’m over-due my next round of blood tests so as soon as the lockdown is over and I feel safe going to the surgery then I’ll have my bloodwork done and see if these new ones have helped any. One of the problems with NAFLD is that I have a very low immune system so catch everything that’s going so I need to take care but strangely it hasn’t made it onto the NHS list!These are tablet but they aren't too big and have a coating to stop them from being chalky so they are easy enough to swallow. You take one a day with food so 90 will last for 3 months so hopefully I'll get to the doctor's for my blood test before they run out. They don't have a strong smell and are tasteless.

I take Inositol and Choline to enable me to digest any fats in food.I used to have lots of Gall Bladder pain and I found out that eating NO fat is s bad for the Gall Bladder as eating too much.Over a period of time I slowly introduced some fat into my diet and took this supplement though of a different Brand.It works.I found this Bransdo work as well a my usual Brands.WHen I say fats I mean any, I began with olive oil and small amount sof cheese and advocado, then roasted veg and then meals with meat.I had hated all fat which is why I had ended up with the Gall Bladder issue.Now I take this remedy every day with my main meal and it works.I never eat a very fatty meal by choice but it is good to know that I can have Mac Cheese or Au Gratin without terrible pain afterwards.

I have been taking these tablets for 1 month now and I haven’t noticed any particular changes with my asthma but I do feel like my mood has improved. They come in a oval shaped tablet that is quite big but I’ve had no issues swallowing them. There’s a slight yeast aroma in the bottle but it’s not noticeable unless you stick your nose in there and give it a good sniff. There’s no flavour coming off them. The bottle contains 90 tablets and the dose is 1-a-day giving you almost a 3 month supply. These are affordable. However I don’t think it has many benefits for me and will not be purchasing any further supplies.

I have been researching the company. I find the German manufacturers make really high quality things. I have fatty liver but I take insitol for improving my gut bacteria, it is a pre biotic, and may be involved in weight loss as it helps the body use insulin better and more efficiently. I am a nutritionist and I have people with polycystic ovaries POCS. Inositol can be very helpful in this condition. I am giving it a trial as the choline is very helpful for my live. It is naturally in Eggs which i do not eat enough of. SO far i like this very much but it is too soon to say the effects though I do feel I am , in general, digesting better. Also I have gained no weight during lock down so Ii ma so far delighted with its effects. I will post more later as I do.
