In the sixth book in Stephan Pastisโs hilarious series, Timmy is being threatened and must rely on his new partner to solve the mystery โ and possibly save his life! Timmy is in Key West, Florida, ostensibly for the honeymoon of his mother and Doorman Dave โ if they even got married, which Timmy doubts. Unfortunately for Timmy, crime doesnโt take a vacation. And because Total has fled to Cuba seeking political asylum, Timmy must rely on a new partner for help: Doorman Daveโs nephew Emilio. Meanwhile, a surprise newcomer shows up in Timmyโs life and, as if things couldnโt get more hectic, Timmyโs pants have been stolen by a six-toed cat. Review: total fought for the viet cong in cuba - if you have read this book let me just tell you that total did not go to cuba for food or for a better life. he was actually pulled into the vietnam war by the viet congs. he had to fight the japanese in cuba with his viet cong allies. the cubans were fighting in cambodia against south vietnam and the americans. and then the japanese advanced up north to key west, florida. timmy failure and his chinese kuomintang comrades easily defeated the japanese in key west. the japanese had no choice but to banzai charge timmy failure. however they realized that molly moskins stole their bayonets and smuggled them to russia. after that, timmy noticed a familiar face: corrina corrina. at first timmy was confused. but then he realized---corrina corrina was in collusion with the axis powers all this time! and she was helping the japanese take over all of asia, the germans take over all of europe, and the italians take over all of africa. and since corrina corrina found out where timmy was, she immediately shipped thousands of japanese troops to the florida keys. but she underestimated the great timmy failure who can see all of your sins. but timmy failure knew that he cannot defeat the evil corrina corrina all by himself and his comrades. he had no choice but to surrender. but just as he was about to put his hands up, his father, flying a captured mitsubishi a6m zero, flew out of nowhere and kamikazed corrina corrina. fortunately he jumped out of the airplane just before it was about to crash and survived. corrina corrina seemed to be dead. but when the smoke cleared, her body seemed to have something moving inside it. and then, a fist jolted out of her back and it ripped it open. what came out shocked everyone. benito mussolini hopped out of corrina corrina's skin and said "pasghetti!". everyone, including timmy failure, was extremely confused. and then benito mussolini drank a shot of japanese tea and hopped away. and then world war two ended. but the vietnam war in cuba was still happening, so timmy and his comrades decided to become viet congs. so he and his comrades were shipped to cuba to aid the viet congs there that were fighting the japanese. all of the japanese troops were defeated with minutes of fierce fighting because of timmy failure's greatness. that ended the war in cuba. but the other war going on in antarctica is still happening. the people there needed aid from timmy and his comrades in order to defeat the tangerine-scented molly moskins. so timmy and his comrades went to antarctica and fought against molly moskins. molly moskins had such powerful and brutal weapons which all launched tangerines at the speed of sound. timmy and his comrades were equipped with a few captured arisakas and grenades. it seemed that they were going to lose to molly moskins. but then, out of nowhere, total jumped onto molly moskins and popped her. when molly moskins popped, loads of tangerines flew out of her. and that is why she smells like a tangerine. thankfully, she was defeated and all wars were over. timmy and his friends celebrated by eating tangerines. the end. review written by Jeffrey Yuecheng Su, August 12, 2020 Review: My kids and I ADORE Timmy!!!! - Timmy Failure feels like a member of our family! Total Fun!
My 10 year old read the whole book the day it came in. He is a huge Timmy Failure fan and this book made him laugh all afternoon. He took it to school today to read again - I am just hoping he doesn't get in trouble reading under his desk.

This book will perk the interest of most children. It is a fast read, and extremely enjoyable from beginning to end.
Timmy Failure: The Cat Stole My Pants, is the sixth book in the Timmy Failure series. To be honest, I had never heard of the series, nor read any of the other books, but from what I read, this certainly works fine as a standalone. Timmy is a very eccentric, excitable young man. He believes he is a detective and has a polar bear business partner, who has taken off to live abroad. He also believes that someone is trying to kill him, his father is a secret agent, and that a six toed cat stole his trousers. Now you see where Iโm going with the eccentric bit. The book is very enjoyable. It is funny, quite often laugh out loud funny, and extremely silly, from beginning to end. His new assistant is his mums, new husband (or is he!) nephew, Emilio, who is holidaying with them in Key West, Florida. Emilio is easily manipulated, and Timmy is often quite mean to him, giving him demerits every time he says something that Timmy deems to be wrong. There are plenty of black and white illustrations throughout, comic book style. These work perfectly with the story, and quite often they provide comical moments on their own. This book will perk the interest of most children. It is a fast read, and extremely enjoyable from beginning to end. Reviewed on Whispering Stories Book Blog *I received a free copy of this book, which I voluntarily reviewed
