Product arrived promptly and intact. The primary 2.4 GHz wifi feature operates without difficulty. Unfortunately I am currently unable to get the 5 GHz nor the bluetooth feature to run. This card is the correct card for my Toshiba Satellite laptop according to the operator's manual. I believe that the card is fully operational, but that I have a driver problem that I have not worked out.

Got the rtl8723be instead of the rtl8723ae
My Toshiba didn't recognize this network adapter. After some time i found out I needed to install the driver for the rtl8723be model instead of the rtl8723ae one, and that worked.
