After I got this installed I took a quick 400 mile to test it out.I have big hands and my new motorcycle has much thinner handlebar grips than my previous bike, so I was getting severe pain and cramps fairly quickly. The Throttle Rocker works wonderfully well because you can let your palm rest on it and give your hand a break. After I got back from my ride my hand didn't hurt all that much.The velcro makes it easy to take on and off or readjust. However you have to pull extremely hard to cinch it down so it doesn't slip. My Throttle Rocker II came with a small piece of rubber. It looks like it is meant to slip onto the handlebar and you tighten the velcro down around it to prevent it from slipping. However my handlebars have trail guards on them so I couldn't do that easily unless I wanted to break out some tools. I stuffed the piece of rubber in-between the velcro and the little "hump" on the plastic. It does a good job of preventing it from slipping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You'll be glad you did *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2015* This is a terrific device to ensure your throttle hand / wrist / arm / shoulder take less of a beating, especially in traffic and/or cycle events where absolute throttle control is essential and cruise controls are verboten. My throttle rocker and I have become great friends over the last few months. Like all friends, it takes a bit of time and adjustment to find a pleasing balance under all conditions. The throttle rocker under winter gloves needs adjustment to account for the thickness of the glove - compared to summertime fingerless gloves, for instance. The rocker's position on a level freeway at the speed limit might be slightly different than in a mountainous terrain where lots of throttle roll-on is needed. A rider's forearm flexibility plays an important part in adjusting the rocker. The more the rider can "roll" his wrist forward/backward, the greater the range he/she has, the easier it is to find a position for the rocker that works all the time. I recommend getting this product. It's great. But I also recommend you check out "The Tyler Twist" and start exercising your right arm. You'll be glad you did both. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reduces hand fatigue *by T***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2019* This is the second Throttle Rocker II that I've owned (I stupidly left the first one on my last bike when I sold it), both have worked exactly as advertised. I have not experienced any problems like slippage or breakage that others have indicated in their product reviews. My current bike (2018 Electra Glide Limited Low) has cruise control, but the throttle rocker still reduces wrist fatigue when I'm not in cruise mode.
