have been looking for something like this for the wife. i work nights and the way this works is just brill. you need a pair of blue tooth cordless head phones. (i use them through an amplifier with a usb connector on the front). connect usb adapter into the usb on the amp, then connect the lead from the usb adaptor into the head phone socket. voilla job done. just make sure your in tx mode, also note it does take a couple of mins to connect. all in all a really easy to use item. verry impressed

Disappointing

Despite me following the instructions and even seeking out YouTube videos, the adapter would not connect to my Bluetooth headphones. For some reason it would connect to my soundbar but not any headphones despite trying as directed. Very disappointing.

Lovely little gadget works well and plug and play

What a lovely little gadget Use it in my caravan, and in the awning and outside if the sun is shining. When it's raining the noise of the rain on the caravan roof or awning can drown out the TV. I can put a small Bluetooth speaker near me and get excellent sound quality. Outside in the sun I can position the speaker so it doesn't disturb the next door caravans. Have just ordered another one to use in the house.

Just works

This has worked just great for me. I use it in receive mode to connect the my car stereo to my phone while it's navigating for me. I've used it in two different cars and it just works. I like the way it's config is set with an actual REAL switch on the side. No messing about with complicated set-up via and app or anything like that.

Piccolo ma efficace, aggeggino fantastico

Prodotto fantastico e risolve innumerevoli problemi familiari e litigi di TV alta etc.. Comunque il prodotto è fatto benissimo ed efficiente, unica pecca enorme è il manuale o tantomeno il tentativo di fare un manuale di poche scritte dove ovviamente crea più confusione. Comunque basta inserire in una presa USB del TV, collegare cavo audio maschio/maschio al televisore(jack cuffie), mandare le cuffie Bluetooth in modalità pairing(accoppiamento) e dopo pochissimi secondi arriva l'audio. Ovviamente l'adattatore può sia Ricevere(RX) sia trasmettere(TX) ovviamente per il mio caso avevo bisogno di trasmettere, quindi tastino su scritta TX e cavo foro jack con scritta TX. Audio pulito e perfetto attenzione per le cuffie bluetooth in ear mettere la pennetta in bella vista e regolare il volume audio prima in quanto molte di queste cuffie non sono muniti di bilancieri audio.

Me lo compre porque mi televisor no venia de fabrica con bluetooth, después de mucho mirar, encontré este adaptador, muy pequeño y que se adaptaba fantásticamente. Me funciona perfectamente, y así puedo conectarme con cualquier clase de auriculares sin ningún problema.

Good solution for TV

Very good solution If you wanna watch TV with your wireless headphones on 👌 Connectivity is very good , sound clarity is good either...I just give it 4 starts not 5 as it has some kind of echo sound if you are not turning anything on...but if you started to play something you wouldn't feel that echo ..total all good product.
