Did not wokr properly, then had no response from the supplier
Was delivered promptly, installed easily, did not work properly. No response from the company when emailed or called (only choices).

Haven't installed it yet, But it looks nice.
Haven't installed it yet because the doesn't fit my rack. I did not see any rail details in the description, and they are 23 3/4" minimum. We have a short rack and this is too long. I've ordered some rack extenders but have not had time to install it yet. In general it looks like good quality and manufacturing.

Robust product but check your rack configuration
The product seemed very robust and with great specs but unfortunately, the rails did not work in our rack with threaded holes. It would be great if they had hardware included for different types of racks and preferably also for racks with only two posts. Unfortunately, for this reason, I had to return the product as the seller did not offer any other rail hardware to make it work.

Sizing is misleading | No customer support
The 17.1~" is for the depth of the Display/Console only, the Rails are over 26". For me personally, I need a slider rail that's between 17-20" non-extended. I have tried reaching out to Customer support through the Website form, Email, and Phone for alternatives... no response, yet; It's already been a few weeks. My review is purely for lack of support. If they ever respond, I'll change my review when I can actually use it.

Great Hardware
This is an excellent addition to our server room. Installation was quick and easy and the operation is simple and intuitive. We are already considering ordering a second one for another rack.

KVM Console is a great product!
Uptyma KVM Console is a great product! It was delivered when they said it would be. It has a very solid industrial durable design with heavy duty rail mounts. The 2 USB ports on the front that are a great convenience.
