**Q: Can you not use the same number twice? I used the same 2 numbers twice, but it seems when I press it once it can't be pressed again.**
A: Yes u can use the number  twice after u put the number in first time then hit clear button then renter your numbers it will  unlock

A: With a big hammer,, lol
There are not many things that can go wrong with it unless you forget the code, you can change the code anytime you want. 
Its a simple product.

**Q: Will a credit card fit inside?**
A: Absolutely will! In addition to the key I might add.

**Q: I can't remember my code. How can I open it? Is there a way?**
A: Just abusing it with a hammer or screwdriver. 
Your code is the only way in. Sorry for your loss.
