It serves its purpose in an ugly way
It simply moves the USB 3.0 outlets from the back of your MoBo to the front, but that means you gonna leave a back slot open for the 2 unsightly USB cables through the case. It gets the job done but done in an ugly way. If you don't care much about the aesthetics, then it's perfect.

Nice Addition to HTPC... after the Krylon Touch...
This is a great combo of USB 3.0 ports with 2.5" SSD tray behind. Fits wonderfully into my Silverstone HTPC build. Only problem is the thing only comes in Silver Aluminum and is an eyesore on a black case (for my taste at least). So after a little bit of spray paint loving it blends seamlessly to the rest of the case. The extension cords are LONG! Almost too long (if there can be such a thing). Otherwise great item! Wish Silverstone would come up with one in black though.
