Excellent service
This product seems to have been discontinued by Max Factor so was delighted when I found it on Amazon at half the price I had been paying for years. Came within a couple of days….very impressed.

Dried up and unusable
This item is clearly old stock. The contents have dried and it is totally unusable. Please confirm how I can return this defective item.

Dried up so not much comes out
I live using lash primer to make my lashes look more fuller then they are however it arrived quite dry so I have to use my hairdryer to soften it before each use. Overall good but onku because I soften it prior to every use
