The product is working and is easier to apply than other whitening systems I've tried. As long as I don't try to use it every day for an extended period, it doesn't bother my teeth or gums.The downside is that product is shipped in a flimsy box in a simple bubble envelope. As shown in the photo, the first time I ordered, the pens leaked and the box was soggy and falling apart. The package must have been squished during the shipping/delivery process. Two of the pens were half empty, the third one almost entirely empty. Not full like shown in the photos.Figuring that may have been a one-time problem, and since the product was working for me, I re-ordered. The same thing happened - soggy box, all three pens more than half empty. Please shrink-wrap the pens and use a crush-proof box! Then you will have a great product.

The primary internal packaging was not disturbed but the box wrapper under the overlaying plastic was wet and soggy making me wonder what it was exposed to in the warehouse. Product appears to be usable but hoping Amazon warehouse sees this. Maybe the roof is leaking near the product making it wet. The outer package was good. The second item in my package was good so this happened in the warehouse.

This is great for the price. It gets the job done. I've bought it 3 times now. It doesn't taste great, but I can put it on easily in less than a minute and then go on about my day.

So hard to tell if something is a gimic, but this stuff if FOR REAL. It whitened my teeth noticeably on the first application. My teeth were not super awful just dingy looking and I have a crown that WAS whiter than than the wrest of my teeth. Now all my teeth match. I might go so far as to say you are dumb if you don't buy this whitener. I am all about the most bang for your buck and this easy, fast, and effective.

I wasn’t sure about using a pen but I love these. It was so easy to use and only took a minute to do. I noticed a difference after the first use. I’ve been very inconsistent with my usage and I still see a noticeable improvement.

I haven't tried any other whitening pens but that's partly because these work so well. They're really easy to use and you only have to wait 1 minute for it to do its thing. I think they make a pretty big difference even in a short period of time. Before I bought them the first time I asked my sister (a dental hygeinist) if she thought they were damaging to teeth and she gave me the OK so I feel pretty good about using these.

I find the product very easy to use. After the first use my teeth looked brighter. I plan to purchase theproduct again. Best of all my teeth weren't sensitive after I used the product.

I love the easy to use pen. I hate the strips! Trays I don't mind...but it takes soooo much time...and usually I start falling asleep. Worries are over. Keep drinking your coffee or eating colored cupcake frosting....in a couple of minutes each night the whiteness emerges. I love it. I almost forgot...the size and convenience is perfecto...went skiing last week and didn't want to lug all the whitening stuff with me...and walla I have the magic pen. Thanks for making it so easy
