A good weight for throwing a ham radio antenna. I was able to get it up over a 40-50ft tree.

I just bought a second one because its that good
Perfect for my home made big shot launcher. Im getting it up to the 100-120ft level in the redwoods on my property. Im launching it tied to dynaglide slick line and Ive found no better setup. This weight and line combo slips down the trees through branches and bark as if there was no friction at all. This weight, line and launcher combo has taken my anchor point to higher levels than ever before. Highly recommended.

I have replaced my rock with this. Nice!!
I use this with many different lines to throw. Worked great because I used lighter line. I think a heavier one would work great with heavy rope. This is made well and safe.
