Easy to install. I took it out for a ride and my phone fell off. After playing around with it I realized you have to press it down kind of hard till you hear a click then it shouldn't fall off. So far after I did that I haven't had any trouble.

I am very excited about this product and was very happy to stumble upon it on Amazon. What I love is that the main mount is permanently attached to the center post, meaning I don't have to constantly re-attach or move the mount around like those using a band or other like securing device. the case is very similar to the iPhone 6 case I already have and it fits well, snugly and provides good protection. the phone sits snugly on the mount with no movement. Again very happy to have found this product. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great Product until it broke after 6 month of use. The lever is so fragile you can easily break it. Without it the whole mount is useless. Customer service won't even pick up the phone during normal business hours.

It's pretty good. The provided case has become my default phone case. The biggest problem is that it rattles a lot. Any little bump will make the thing squeak and jump and tap on the stem. It's also pretty heavy so the weight penalty should be considered for serious cyclists.

At first I really like the product. I did have some reservations when I first got it that the clip was a little flimsy. Well I used it for about a month and now the clip broke. Would not recommend this product to people. Two stars for the concept and price.

The case is a little light-weight and not rain proof, but for normal riding it is perfect. Holds the phone securely on the bike. What else do you really need?

I have the iPhone 6 Waterproof mount (I know there are multiple listings here.) I love the stem mount. It is 100 times better than any off center handle bar mounts that I have used or seen before. It can swivel for land scape or portrait orientation and also tilt up towards the rider for more relaxed riding positions. The phone case is slightly big around the edges but I think that's required for it's waterproof abilities. It holds and protects the phone well. The plastic piece on the back of it that connects to the mount appears to be glued on but a very high quality of glue. I really like this mount and it's saved me plenty of issues of trying to put a phone in a pocket. I received it at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

UPDATED REVIEW: shame on me. I bought this same mount three times (bc the case continues to separate from the back). 3 cases in 2 years and the third just broke as well. Initial function and value isn't a replacement for duration of quality. Really poor material/manufacturing. I would not recommend given the variety of higher quality options that exist in the market. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I really like the case-connection but it's not durable enough for a daily commuter. I've order two in one year. The first replacement was to replace the phone case (that worn out, corners broke free) and now the most recent break occurred at the bikes mounting bracket. Great design - only average durability.
