My son cracked his screen when he closed his laptop with a large item inside of it. Yikes! Well, we had 2 choices - either buy him another laptop or get the screen fixed. We went with the latter and more economical choice - fix the screen. We paid for the screen and had no trouble swapping out the broken one for this awesome new one. Great fit, great process, and great product!

Do not buy this product, not of good quality and customer service is just not helpful at all and the response I received is just ridiculous. This is there response:" This could be a stuck pixel. The pixel warranty comply with ISO term. Regarding pixel warranty, based on ISO norm (industrial standard for LCD screen) and laptop manufacturer, it is not considered defective if you have one stuck pixel since there are 2-3 million pixels per screen."
