Omega oils it helps hair,skin,nails. And also some joint pain!

My daughter has suffered with back pain for years , she read about Celadrin while researching chronic back pain ,she has been taking it now daily for several years there are other brands out there that she has taken but states that the "SWANSON BRAND"is the best. for keeping her back pain at bay and absolutely the best PRICE. I am 50 and have early onset osteo arthritis and I can't take NSAIDS for other reasons. I am also a scientist, so I know all too well how some of these trends (does anyone remember copper bracelets?) offer hope only to disappoint because the claims and hype are unfounded.Celadrin does actually work, and the science backs it up. It is NOT a miracle and it is NOT immediate but it has substantially reduced my pain without digestive issues or other negative side effects.How does it work? These are essentially fatty acids (same class of compounds as Omega 3)and they reduce the production of inflammatory agents ("bad" prostaglandins) by fostering the production of anti-inflammatory agents ("good" prostaglandins).It took a few weeks (one a day -less than recommended but I wouldn't go higher) for me to see some relief. 2 months later, most of the pain is gone. You still have to stretch and do exercise every day, but I was doing that before without the good results.I would say that it seems to work better early in the course of the disease (but that is probably true of most things) - so it helped my mom, but not as much as me.

I have been looking for a less costly replacement for Golf Fuel joint support, Celadrin ingredients are like Golf Fuel but don't work as well.They may work better for others, but who knows if the ingredients are as claimed.

I'm sure this is a great product but it did not agree with my stomach.

These arrived on time and whilst it is difficult to be sure whether or not they work, they seem pretty good!
