The glove is large. It is mainly for workers who specialize is oil refinery's, heavy lifting, and so one. The material is good. It will take a while for an individual to break the glove in. In beginning the glove feels stiff and inflexible. However, it's build with good quality. Not good for workers who are electricians, Field Engineers, or anyone who has to write while working in the field.

Very Warm. I haven't worked in very wet conditions or snow yet but they've done well with modestly wet conditions. Still cumbersome for working with your hands to start a nut on a bolt, etc. but better than other gloves.

would like if it were more reflective but very durable and worth the purchase

I haven't put it much to it's paces yet, but from initial testing it's water repellent in that you can wash the gloves in running water and they won't soak to your hands while wearing them unless they get in through the cuffs. The gloves are insulated and can double as winter gloves as they keep you hands at a comfortable temperature that don't induce perspiration. There's a luminous/reflective band around the cuffs to help easily locate the gloves and the bright colours of green and orange helps compliments that ability. the palm of the glove feels durable and robust as well as the top. The only complaint about the glove is the lanyard/carabiner holes attached on the cuffs are a pain to thread through.
