Unbiased, beautiful, informative, fun, and compassionate review of major world religions for kids
I am so impressed with this book. My son became interested in world religions so I ordered it for him, he is almost 6. This book gives equal attention, time, and space to all major world religions without showing preference for any one in particular. It is incredibly colorful, informative, and the many lift up flaps are exciting. This is a beautiful book that teaches children about world religions in a fair and balanced way. I would highly recommend this book to any parent trying to teach their child about religions in a non biased way. I imagine for those who have deep faith in a particular religion may possibly feel differently, as it clearly does not prefer any religion and even points out historical use of same stories and practices by different religions over time. It is a great primer on how religion is established to answer big life questions, but does not assume any religions answers are the right ones. This book is fabulous, I am beyond impressed and it blew any expectations I had right out of the water.

Great book for kids!
As a multicultural family, this book is perfect! For a “lift the flap” type book, this is definitely geared towards 5-10 year olds kids. The content is at the perfect level - not overly complicated, easy to understand, and factual. I look forward to reading this with my kids and learn more about world religions together.

Amazing look at religions!
Our four-year-old started at a Christian pre-school and our family is not religious. We bought and read this book in preparation. Much of it is above her head, but she loves reading it and lifting the flaps. It was great to introduce the basic language of Christianity and also talk about other belief systems.

Beautiful book
Although it took a while to get to me (it arrived after the Christmas rush), this is a beautiful book! It has great explanations of different world religions, as well as wonderful illustrations. And of course, the flaps make it fun to read as well!

A great introduction to world religions
I always love Usborne books, and this is no exception. They are so tactile and the presentation is very appealing to my 7 and 9 year old. There’s not a lot of depth to the book and it kinda jumps around a bit, but as an introduction to world religions, it definitely works!

Great Religions Book for Children
I'm trying to teach my daughter about all the religions of the world. As we are not actively practicing any one religion. I'd rather she learn about them all and make an informed decision for herself. Since she's young, this is a great high level introduction. Quality of the book is what I've come to expect from this brand.

Lift-the-Flap for Older Kids
I love the Usborne “See Inside” series. The flaps make for an interactive reading experience. Great for older elementary students. I plan to use this with my 10-year-old.
