I bought this weeks in advance for preparation of Feb 6th start for a complete bathroom remodel that just finished March 6th. Had some other work done throughout the house at the same time. According to my contractor, the cartridge did not work in the system. I contacted Sun Cleanse and they sent a replacement immediately. My contractor said it was a very nice system and easy to install once the replacement cartridge was received. Sun Cleanse customer support contacted me multiple times via email checking to see if the new cartridge worked, how the pressure was and if I was happy with my purchase. They responded quickly to my emails. Excellent customer service. Wish more businesses had that philosophy.I absolutely love the shower head! And the hand held is convenient too. I had a bench installed on the same wall so I need to buy a longer extension from the wall so the showerhead comes out further. Very happy with adding this rainhead system to my bathroom remodel. I am very pleased with my purchase ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks and works great, but don't expect it to swivel up and down! *by L***H on January 18, 2020* Our contractor loved this unit. Very solidly made, and the fact that it came with the temperature regulator made it a really good deal (that part alone is about $100). She said the instructions were very clear, and installation was simple. I love the look, and love that you can run the shower head and handheld unit at the same time (so you can still have warm water spraying on you when you step out from under the shower to shampoo your hair!) The handheld unit swivels so it can spray at several levels. The only downside for me was that I expected the shower head could be easily raised and lowered to accommodate my much taller husband. Not so. The shower head is VERY heavy and needs to be tightened securely or it can swing down and bonk you in the head. So, if you are expecting to just give it a nudge to push it up or pull it down, it doesn't work that way (unless mine is faulty).
