Folks - Garr rocks but the quality of this package sucks.Sticky notes are useless, they are super low quality an dont even peel off or stickPencils are low quality - and erasers leave big red smearsVideo - DVD is cool if its 1999 Garr please put this online and charge for steaming!

A very well constructed box, with everything in place and everything useful! The DVD has 4 sections (3 + the introduction) each one of it covering a key point in the design of great presentations.. I must say a powerful way to improve our presentation skills. The examples used in the DVD are clear enough to make a great part of the teaching!The Sketchbook is clean and invites to be creative on it, the only thing is if you start usign it you would find your self buying more of it  Presentation Zen Sketchbook (Voices That Matter)

It made a huge change in my presentations and I received unsolicited compliments from my audience. This is a must for anyone who gives a presentation.

This guys books and presentation materials have helped me improve all my Keynote Presentations, making them not only easy to follow but creating lively, simple and beautiful illustrations of what I am talking about in the verbal part of the presentation.

This book was required for a class at Oregon State University and I ordered it for use in the class.

I am a big fan of Garr Reynolds, he really helped me put into practice what the likes of himself, Seth Godin and Guy Kawasaki preach about how to do effective presentations. In fact  Presentation Zen: Simple Ideas on Presentation Design and Delivery  and  Presentation Zen Design: Simple Design Principles and Techniques to Enhance Your Presentations  live on my desk. However, Garr's presentation throughout this video is a lot of him speaking in the same tone. It gets hard to watch and even though I was really interested in the topic and put aside time to watch the DVD I found myself drifting off.The other pieces included in the kit are next to worthless and now I feel bad that such a huge kit was produced for what could have been a $5 video download from iTunes.

I am not much of a fan-boy personality type. However, I am a huge fan of Garr Reynolds and Presentation Zen.I immediately subscribed to his blog. I got this on a referral from a salesman who used it to help close deals. It has at least doubled my effectiveness as a trainer/public speaker.

The video only runs for about 50 minutes and only covers the concepts in a cursory fashion.The other materials (some yellow stickies, a note book, two pencils and an istock coupon) do not add any value.Rubbish.My advice buy the book and leave this crock alone.If you belong to Safari Books Online you can view the video there.

wer die bücher von garr reynolds gelesen hat kann sich vorstellen, was ihn in der presentation-zen-bento-box, wie garr reynolds die box selbst nennt, erwartet. die tools zur erstellung eigener, zeitgemäßer präsentationen sind einfach und doch äußerst hilfreich. die idee, die konzeption abseits vom computer händisch zu machen gefällt mir sehr gut. und durch die abmessungen der storyboards muss man wirklich genau überlegen, was der kern der einzelnen seiten ist.einen stern abzug gibt's allerdings für den istockphoto gutschein. die 20 gratis-bilder können nur aus 50 vorgegebenen bildern ausgewählt werden und die sind für meinen aktuellen bedarf komplett ungeeignet. 20% preisnachlass auf den kauf von credits sind da schon ein besserer deal.trotzdem ist diese box in jedem fall eine kaufempfehlung.
