Best small UPS for the money
There are not many features to review, but this is a great little UPS. It has 4 Battery Backup and Surge Protected Outlets, and 4 Surge Protected Outlets (3 ECO controlled). I like that the alarm is optional. The Eco control is cooler than I thought, it will keep the hooked up appliances from sipping power in standby mode for too long- a great thing for the power bill. I run a router and a home alarm base station off of the backup outlets and I have no complaints. Before buying I did spend a while looking for the best cheap UPS I could find, and I believe this one hits the mark. I'll probably buy more of these for my other appliances in the future.

Seems to work ok except for a annoying low battery popup on a 100% charged UPS .
Seems to be working OK but I get this annoying low battery popup on my new win 10 desktop ever since I hooked up the UPS to my computer. The UPS software says all is OK and battery is 100% charged. I never got this low battery popup before I hooked up the UPS. If it wasn't for that Id give it 5 stars .Ok I downgraded it to one star. I decided to unplug the UPS from the house power. The battery went from 100% to 75 % in 30 seconds and the run time went from 8 min to 2 min in the same 30 seconds. I was afraid that my computer wound shut down soon so I plugged the UPS in again. Now after almost 2 hours of charging the UPS only shows 82% charged. I wrote to Amazon customer service and in 5 Min I received a reply that I would get a refund. Amazon is awesome. I ordered a better unit on Amazon and will be discarding this unit when my new one arrives. Thanks again Amazon for the amazing customer service.

Nice for exterior security cameras
Works well for my 4x Nest outdoor cameras. I have this setup in my attic and my cameras run off extension cords that all feed from this backup. I tested it by shutting off the power to my house and was able to get more than 5 hours of run-time powering my cameras (during the day, no infrared needed). That's plenty for my intended use.Note: if you use this for a similar security setup, ensure you also get a battery backup for your internet modem and router. I have my exterior cable junction box and power box locked with heavy duty combination locks + battery backups, so even if someone cuts the power to my house or tries messing with my internet connection, my cameras will keep running and capture the fool up to no good.

Only good for place where you don't mind some noise
There is a fairly noticeable high pitch noise during normal (not AC outage) operation. So it is not suitable for bedroom, not even study (I listen to music in my study). Only good for place where you don't mind some noise. The USB controlled ECO plugs also fail to operate normally after a while, but I am not sure whether this is an EC350G problem or Win-10.

CyberPower System
I'm only using this device as a surge protector for my home computer, router, modem and monitors. Tried other similar power systems but the wattage was to low for the load. This EC3550G works just fine with all device connected with out tripping circuit breaker .

I have owned Cyber Power for decades, I have lost a few to lightning, I have never lost gear.
Make sure you know how much maximum power your gear needs!Between the time this unit arrived and the time I ordered it, I did detailed power profile of my needs in watts, and also made sure i knew what every circuit on my panel did and how much power it provided. If you have a high end computer that can draw 235 watts when its processors are working 100% and all 11 powered ports are actually drawing maximum current, then this unit can only hand my computer, it is a 250 watt supplier.I have my two monitors, mu USB turntable, my Handicam video recorder, 10 port USB hub with 3 charging ports, my Epson printer are all plugged into my old unit which can only deliver 225 watts. No wonder when I bought my new computer the old unit chattered away like an old typewriter and played havoc with the house supply with everything plugged into the one unit. Also be aware of what circuit the unit is plugged into. Mine is 20Amp, 2400 watt maximum, 1800 watt sustained. Unfortunately my fridge, microwave and laser printer are also plugged into the same circuit. SO I cannot print when the microwave and fridge are running, and it all gets dicey when the fridge starts because the amperage draw by the compressor almost maxes out the circuit on start.

Great unit with exceptional value for the price!!
Having had several brands with several ranges of V A capacities over the years the CYBERPOWER brand has satisfied me the most. So when I decided to get another UPS for my tv,cable box & home theater system due to frequent short power outages that cause my cable box to reset, causing the loss of the channel guide for up to a day or more including losing any previously set dvr recordings, I chose the CYBERPOWER brand because of my previous satisfaction, the ability to disable the alarm and the ability to not have the ECO outlets shut down when the system goes to sleep. Additionally this unit doesn't make a humming sound I've experienced with other brands low V A units. I'm very satisfied with this model thus far and will definitely buy more Cyberpower UPS' whenever I need to replace my other units.

Had first power outage. Worked like a charm
Two weeks ago, we had the first power outage in a long while. It had been years since the power has gone out. I've been using two of these EC350G's for just under a year now.Day to day, I've had no issues with them and as mentioned before, I never used them for their intended purpose since a couple weeks ago.My two units are hooked up in a couple different scenarios.1. Our main desktop. In this scenario, the software tells me I have less than five minutes of usage when the power goes out. It's hooked up to a desktop computer and a 32" UHD monitor. I have it set up that if the power goes out, it should wait a minute and then shut down the computer.2. the NAS and one switch. In this scenario the software tells me that I have over 15 minutes of usage left when the power goes out. I keep my backups and files on the NAS so it's important it safely shuts down when the power goes out. I have it set up so after five minutes, it shuts off if power isn't restored. Both scenarios worked flawlessly and I can't ask for more. One thing to note is that these units will continue to beep when the power goes out. You have to manually turn them off when this happens. Then remember to turn them back on when power is restored.

Works well
I use it to keep some low power network access points and switches alive during power glitches and failures. The battery lasts well over an hour. I have had a load of larger CyberPower UPS units working for years and have found them to be extremely reliable and long lasting. Hoping this one will last as long. The EcoLogic function isn't needed for my application, so I can't comment on how well that works.

Do not buy this
I am incredibly unhappy with this product. It is essentially a brick. I wanted to use this as a backup power supply for my Mac Pro. When I connected the computer and monitor (and nothing else) it seemed fine, until I tried to render a video file. Immediately the alarm started going off, and it killed power to my computer, potentially damaging my equipment, and certainly doing the exact opposite of what it is supposed to do. I disconnected my Mac from it, and left only the monitor connected (which is pretty useless to do) and the alarm stopped. It seems unable to handle any computer that is actually being used.
