I had purchased the Phiestina 4 Inch 2 Handle Centerset faucet in February of this year and could not be happier with it. I had chosen the Brushed Nickel finish and it was a perfect replacement for the old corroded faucet in my bathroom. It gave a very modern look to a sink I have been wanting to replace for many years. The order was carefully packed, and the box contained everything needed for a complete installation. The faucet itself, (which is packed in a cloth bag so it wouldn't get scratched), two supply hoses, the pop-up drain, and all the extra little pieces to complete the installation. The only thing I needed was a wrench to complete the job. This faucet looks high end and is well made and sturdy. It is made of metal and not just plastic with a metallic coating which could peel and chip in time like just about every other brand I have had over the years. The spout has a high arc which leaves plenty of room to even fill a container in the sink. It swivels very easily from side to side so you can redirect the water flow to wherever you want. The handles move smoothly with no kinks. One of the most important things about this company is their amazing customer service! I had reached out to them a few times because of questions I had. They never failed to answer me back before the next day and talked me through any problems I was having installing this on my older model sink. There is also a 3-year warranty and they will replace anything that breaks within that period with no questions asked. I absolutely love this new faucet and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to replace theirs. This is a high quality looking faucet at an unbelievable price. Excellent quality, looks great, works perfectly. Made of good sturdy materials. Comes with everything you need, hoses, gaskets, hot/cold labeling dots, drain plug etc. The faucet swivels as well. Zero complaints, love it.

I had some doubts about purchasing this product. It looked pretty nice in the listing photos, but ya know, until you actually get your hands on it you cant really make a judgement on the apparent quality. After receiving the item I was pretty happy with the appearance. It was carefully packed, and the box contained everything for installation: The faucet set itself, in a cloth bag so it wouldn't get scratched, two supply hoses, the drain, and various little pieces to complete the installation. I selected the brushed nickel finish, which looks quite nice. Other finishes are available. The quarter-turn valves themselves move very smoothly with no rough spots at all. Another thing I really like is the moveable spout. I wasn't initially sure I'd like this, thinking it might be a leak/drip area, but so far (~2 months) it rotates very smoothly and has not shown any sign of getting loose or leaking. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Oh, and did I mention, the price is right: $39.99!! I'll try and follow up with a review after a year of useage, but the initial experience so far has been very favorable. ****** EDIT May 2024. Here we are a little over a year later, and I remain very pleased with this product !! The faucets are working perfectly, no drips or loosness at all. The finish is still as good as new. No problems at all. I highly recommend this bath room wash basin faucet set, especially as very good value for money.

I had previously purchased two of these two years ago. Installation was not that hard and they worked great up until yesterday when the hot water cover blew off and caused a huge mess. There was no reason for the failure as these are in a guest bathroom and not used daily. Because I had to either purchase two new faucets do I have a matching set or just buy a replacement, which is what I did. Other than yesterday's complete failure, these have worked well without any complaints. However, these are very hard to keep clean for the matte black color. Minerals in the water cause a lot of build up and we have to scrub it down often. No leaks, great swivel height and nice easy quarter turn from off to full pressure.

Everything you need for installation is included in the package. Connecting hoses, all required hardware, base plate, it's all there. Very attractive and well constructed, the black faucet kit looks great combined with a white sink. Overall it competes nicely with much more expensive brand names.

Bought this and a Moen faucet of the same style. Both felt like roughly the same quality and have been working without any issues. Easy to install, comes with everything you need. I'd personally get better hoses to install it, don't rely on the ones they provide. The faucet is solid at a fraction of the price of other brands.
