This thing is pretty awesome for the price. Pretty rigid fiberglass cable. Definitely see the little pins on the camera that need loving. Should have designed that part different but it is what it is.Really wish I got the one with the tracking thing so I could find the end and locate a clean out. Have used it for a couple days with lots of going in and out of a 70 foot run. Super duper easy and I highly recommend it. Just be careful with the fragile parts and don’t bend the line and crack the fiberglass and it seems it should last a while.

We were having sewer line issues that caused occasional backups that would back into the unfinished basement. It happened twice and even caused the main floor toilet to overflow since the water couldn't drain.We called a licensed plumber out to help and he cleared two clogs and things were better. He scoped the lines per our request to see what the issue was. Of course, a service call and the $$ video scope was pricey but it needed to be done. He discovered mostly toilet paper causing the backup along with a pipe belly out in the front yard - about 10 feet from the city sewer connection. This was a big concern.We couldn't keep calling a crew to come scope this line every month or two to see the status!I decided to buy this camera system and we are so happy!It works fantastic for our needs. Compact in its nice case - it is easy to set up and start recording the findings. The self leveling feature is nice as the camera bends and twist through the pipes.The recordings are very helpful and I haven't had any issues feeding it down to the 100 feet of line.The line is rigid enough to make the turns but never binds up thus far. I like the meter marks on the line so I can determine how far the camera has traveled.We scope our drains once a month for peace of mind to monitor the belly and see any issues early.I changed out the ultra low flow toilets to the 'old' standard 1.6 lpf and we are mindful of the toilet paper use. The pipes have been clean ever since.We haven't had any issues since November! Now my neighbors want to borrow my nifty camera !!Also great for looking behind walls and tight spaces. Love this!! You won't be disappointed.

The camera was not working with either cable. Called customer service and was told that i had to email them. I emailed them and they said they would send out a replacement camera. After three weeks of waiting, i emailed and called them multiple times, with no response. I was able to return the item the day before the return window expired. There is little to no customer service, so you are taking a chance on this item. The quality of the case and the screen seemed good, but it won't work without a camera...

This pays for itself after two uses. This is not a toy snake camera like some of other models you see on Amazon. This is a professional equipment. The setup is easy and fool-proof. I needed to check where our gutter drainage pipes are going and this made it super easy with the long cable and self-leveling views. I lended it to a friend and he was super happy with it.
