I think this is an excellent product! It just arrived yesterday and used it last night. It's so much better than putting a pillow between your knees to try to alleviate back pain. It remained in place, was super comfortable and best that I felt my spine had less pressure on it. Right now I'm propped up in bed and have it under my knees to elevate my legs and it's so comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

This is a comfortable pillow. Nice and soft. I bought it because my legs get numb after awhile sleeping on my side. This pillow is contoured to fit between legs and I have tried it in several positions on my legs. Stays in place well and has the right amount of firmness. I do have to reposition the pillow when I turn over but it’s not a problem. This has helped my legs a lot and I don’t wake up due to leg numbness or pain. The cover looks easy to remove to wash but I have not needed to do that yet. Some of the other knee pillows I looked at reviews mentioned a smell. This pillow has no noticeable odor. This pillow is a good value for the money and is comfortable and also not heavy.

I bought this pillow to help my sciatica pain. After the first night sleeping with this pillow I could stand up without pain! I have to say I was shocked! I love this knee pillow! I like that I can take the cover off and wash it. This pillow has helped me so much that I bought two more for my family. If you have lower back pain try this pillow, it will help and you can get a better nights sleep.

As an owner of a fitness center, I deal with plenty of clients who come in with injuries, specifically to their backs and their hips. A therapist friend of mine long ago told me the best way to help eliminate pain while sleeping is to align everything as much as possible, and putting a pillow between your knees is the easiest solution. I bought this for my girlfriend to help her with this exact issue. She's been sleeping with it every night and has reported significant relief (I've even taken it from her a few nights when she was traveling and can say this is a quality product). To anyone recovering from a sports injury or injury to his/her back or hips, I highly recommend this product to help with back and hip relief.

My wife and I have been looking for a better version of this long time product and we finally found it. I've always used these, but have been look for something with the right level of support and comfort. This product is the perfect combination of support and fit (not too big or compact). Not to mention, the high quality material is easy to clean and seems super durable.Additionally, this product provides great support for pregnant women with restless leg syndrome (i.e.- my wife). The ComfiCasa has been a tremendous aid in allowing her to sleep comfortably on her side.

I have had horrible back pain for over a decade. I've gone through two spinal surgeries and believe I will always have lingering sciatica. However, after searching for a knee pillow for back pain, relief appears to be on the way. This sciatica pillow has helped me get through the night and wake up in the morning well rested. I was worried it wouldn't move with me when I sleep, but as I roll it is the perfect shape to roll with me. Clearly designed by someone who understands the human body. The contour design of this knee pillow fits perfectly between my legs and stays with me throughout the night. Kudos to design team, they nailed it.

I tore my patella tendon playing soccer (actually both of them over the last two years), and I still get shooting pain in my knees as an aftermath from the surgeries. I use this knee pillow to support whichever knee is acting up and to alleviate some of the pain and pressure that still builds up throughout the day. It's a great way to unwind and get a little relief from being on my feet all day.

Took time to get used to the new position, but it works great.
