This is an excellent product for me, and very good value

As advertised, received properly packed and on time

Lid is sharply cracked and will cut anytime I try opening it. Return method is rather tricky given I can’t get to a post office easily (disability) I need an evri return to make this a possibility

The shipping box was empty. Sealed but empty.

I like this shampoo and the smell. Only issue I’ve had is slight irritation in my eyes when I get my face wet whilst washing my hair, but that’s easily avoidable.

I first tried a sample of this shampoo from a pharmacie in Nice in Feb 2019. Since then I haven’t wanted to use anything else. I tend to sweat a lot walking around or when I exercise, and this shampoo gets my scalp and hair perfectly fresh n clean. It doesn’t dry out my hair, just makes it super soft, especially combined with the conditioner. It foams up nicely (which a shampoo doesn’t necessarily need to do in order to work) and rinses out with no leftover residue. Some people have commented that it smells like Vick’s Vaporub but I couldn’t disagree more - I love the fresh mint smell, more of a spearmint scent mixed with fresh alpine air. Just a lovely, wonderful product!! So glad I found it on Amazon!

Wonderful product at wonderful prices :) Please keep offering the specials. Keeps my hair really clean so that I don't have to wash everyday. I also love the scent, very refreshing.
