This soup paste has great flavor. Chicken, mushrooms and spring onions were added along with the remaining ingredients as noted on the packet. We really liked the spicy flavor. Will definitely buy again.

This is the perfect spice paste base for Hot and Sour Soup. Simply add egg, diced meat and veggies and follow directions on the back of the pack. It makes restaurant quality soup in my opinion. I add a teaspoon of vinegar as well. If it's too hot for you, add a bit more water. Yum!

Made it as directed. Hot? Not. Flavor, it's good.I added 1/8 cup light soy 1/16 cup Shaoxing wine which to me made it better.The only other that equals this in flavor is the one in the red 1lb can by 'Harvest' with that I add 1/2 amount over. Just makes it stronger.This one I'd use 3 cups instead of 4 cups of chicken broth. I prefer it a nit stronger. Good as is, but.

I love PF Chang's and, though this missed the mark, it wasn't bad. I would probably order it again when I run out.

Awesome taste and so easy to prepare. Chicken broth, chicken breast, chopped celery and carrots and peppers. Add some brown rice if you want to make it heartier. Delicious and great product.

My family and I really loved this product, especially when made with wood ear mushrooms. We formerly bought it at an Asian supermarket, where the packets were sold singly. Buying the 12 pack through Amazon brought the price per packet to about a third of that. Great soup; fantastic price!

I would buy this again I made hot and sour soup it came out delicious and tasted better then lthe hot and sour soup that I order in the Chinese restaurant

I ddnt like the paste. First of all it was too much work for what I got as a result. It tasted more like broth than the hot and sour soup taste that I was expecting. I was very disappointed.
