Really nice stand
This is a well-constructed item made out of sturdy square tube with some nice clean welds. The paint was great as well. The maneuverability and adjustability makes this perfect to fit a multitude of mini lathes. The extra holes not utilized for adjustment can be used to hold a board for you to set your chisels in when you're not using them. It only takes about 15 minutes to assemble and put up. Solid addition to any small shop, you can't really get this quality for the price they offer. Really great deal.

If it’s Wen, it’s going to be a bargain.
This stand is rock solid. I can’t budge it in any direction and I tried. A lathe catch can easily shift your stand and vibrations from an untrued piece can start it walking. This stand is not going anywhere. It’s made of heavy gauge steel, hefty enough to stay put and well designed to accommodate any mini to midi lathe. The instructions are clear and concise with good illustrations. I especially like that the bolts, washers, nuts and rubber feet are pre assembled and all the same so there is no confusion or wasted time figuring out what goes where. Very easy to put together. Very happy which has been my overall experience with everything I’ve bought from Wen.

Pretty well-made lathe stand...with a caveat.
This is a very heavily-constructed lathe stand, with fairly good welds. This stand will not work with the Delta 46-460 MIDI lathe right out of the box; to make it fit, two mounting slots on each end plate must be extended by 1/8". This is easily done with a large round file. The plates are steel, 1/4" thick, so be prepared for about 10 minutes of extra work. If you prefer wheels or casters, you can install casters on 2" plates. This can be done by assembling each base beam upside down (they are interchangeable). The reason is the stock adjustable feet have a large nut welded on the bottom of each end of both base beams, which are right where you'd want to bolt the caster plates. Flipping each base section is a simple solution to get around this issue.

Impressive heavy duty, easy assembly
This stand is incredibly sturdy and fits my Wen lathe perfectly. Goes together very easily. I would give it five stars, but I think it could be improved by offering it with locking casters instead of the adjustable feet as an option. Also would like it better if I could lower it another couple of inches to offset the height of the casters I installed. Great value!Honest John

Great lathe stand, excellent price.
The Wen lathe stand was very easy to assemble, it even had the foot pads already installed. I have a Nova Comet ll that fit perfectly. The stand was made to fit any number of brand name lathes. I found the stand to be very stable when turning a 12" mahogany half log. Perhaps the best thing about this stand is the price; it is about half the price of name brand lathe stands. I see no appreciable difference between the Wen and the others. I highly recommend it for your midi lathe.

Customer service
Stand is very substantial, nice heavy metal. Good fit and finish. Cross beams for adjusting width could be tighter, it sags due to lose fit. There are 2 bolts to hold beam together at desired width. Nuts are welded onto the outer beam and bolts screw in and pinch the inner beam to hold it at desired width. When I assembled my unit one of the the welded nuts pulled away from the beam, the weld failed. I called Wen customer service and they were very helpful and accommodating and sent a replacement part with no hassle. I am very happy with the heavy materials used in construction and the customer service. I would definitely purchase from Wen again.

Impressive
Very sturdy stand for the Wen 14” lathe. I was very surprised at how steady this setup is. I was using a Shopsmith which is a very good multipurpose tool, but I’m happier with this machine. It’s also whisper quiet! A reviewer named SoutherScot said that Grizzly makes this same lathe and I believe he’s correct.

Strong and easy to move around!
Great Lathe stand. I have a 48" inch lathe but bolted a 2" x 12" five foot board across the top of the stand and then the Lathe. Works well.
