Tastes yummy, good texture + size. Good value for money.

I sent this to my son and his roommates at school as a little indulgence and treat. None of them are ‘gluten free’ per se, but they all have different food preferences so these felt like a great way to treat them all. They raved about the yummy decadent taste and how easy they were to prepare. They especially loved having extra room in the cup to make dessert a la mode!! They have already requested more! Thank you King Arthur for giving me an easy way to treat my son with a delicious reminder of home!!

If you get a good batch, then these are delicious. Exactly what you want in a gluten free dessert. However, the manufacturer has some serious quality control issues. Sometimes there is way too much baking soda in the batch and it tastes soapy. At times you can even see dense chunks of it that won't mix into the rest. I stopped ordering these because I kept receiving bad batches. At least the return policy is consistently good.

My teen grandson’s smile made it all worthwhile. He is gluten intolerant and I can tell he gets bummed sometimes when he can’t have a dessert. He has two brothers who can have flour products. I always have options for him. When I saw this product from King Arthur I immediately ordered it. I thought it would be a perfect occasional after school treat. I texted him several days later and he said the chocolate chip cookie was really really good. He wants to try the confetti cake next. The product is a bit pricey and I did find the chocolate chip cookies for $19.88 initially, but the second time I bought it the prices were all set at $26.99. There are four kinds offered and they come in packs of 12 individual servings.

There was mix all over the bottom of the shipping box. I believe the manufacturer is at fault.

10 out of 12 of the little cups arrived safely to their destination...2 of them were punctured leaving a big mess of crumbs and 2 less desserts. Manufacturer/Distributor must find a way to send these so they are more safely delivered. This product is SO DELICIOUS that the loss of 2 of them was devastating.

Love these little single serve cups. But I have found another way to cook them where they turn out even better then in the microwave. I mix it in the cip as stated, then take the dough and put it in the smallest Lodge cast iron pan and bake it at 350 until golden brown. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I have also added some chopped pecans! Yummy!!

This is so good and easy to make. I have to eat gluten free and so to me it taste like the original.
