Conocer los conceptos del benchmarking
Este tema es poco conocido en mi país, he aprendido los conceptos que imparte y eso me ha aclarado muchas cosas que no las había analizado.

No major comment, so far...

Flipped My MX Program Around
Despite all the noise about typos and it being short on metrics, I found the content to be extremely informative and instructive. I implemented many of the practices in this book at my work site and succeeded in turning around a chaotic, reactive maintenance program into one that was much more focused on proactive styles of maintenance. Metrics showed we were close to achieving World Class status after about 2.5 years.

Average Book
Well I bought this book because it highlighted ISO55000. Greatly dissapointing in its coverage of that standard, a couple of pages of generic stuff and nothing about auditing ISO55000. It was all pretty general stuff. and when I looked at the included audit document in detail i considered it very very poor...the questions dont ask in the correct level of detail., e.g. you are classed as best practice if all spares have a min-max, it doesnt ask if these parameters are based on risk or whether they were based on a rule of thumb. I saw similar in other audit categories. I have carried out lots of audits in the past so I understand the subject. For me a complete waste of money apart from the included audit document it is no different from other books on asset management
