I love the Samsung A20. It was so easy setting up and transferring my information from my old phone. I would definitely rate this as a top 10.

I really love my phone. Fast, easy viewing. No problems so far. When I first got it the charger was not compatible with my outlet. Plastic round holes. Contact them sent an adapter out the next day. Not a good tight fit...but works. I'm happy with my phone....

Afte having this phone 2 months this phone is the worst phone i ever had the connection is so bad i was trying to deal w it but im over it very disappointed plz dont buy i would like a refund but the time has past

Smartphones these days are ridiculously overpriced, especially flagship phones. The low end and mid-range smartphones really need to bump up their game to stay competitive. Samsung is doing just that, but at somewhat slower speeds. I picked up the A20 via the T-Mobile variant and I am pleased with the phone, but it is a 720P HD display and has some drawbacks. It isn’t that noticeable, but I can pick up on it from time to time watching videos and when enlarging texts on screen. Certain text just isn’t as sharp if one had the latest Galaxy flagship. Samsung generally keeps their Samsung J line series as their low end to mid-range phone in the US, and has decided to add the A line for 2019. However, they didn’t give customers the option of the A70 or A80 handsets. In addition, the Samsung J line has been at a 720P display for a few years now. They can’t tell me that adding a 1080P display is asking for too much. Their A50, A70 and A80 phones always tend to go to the emerging markets outside of the USA. For the most part, I am content with the phone, and would recommend it for anyone on a budget and trying to save money, but definitely know what you are getting and what you aren’t in terms of features. Everyone phone should have 128GB as the standard. Only so-so camera A 5000MAH battery would be nice No wireless charging Not waterproof Price could be a tad cheaper for the carrier branded models. Unlocked version is adequately priced.
