Fit and contour the same as what I'd been wearing. Recommend!

I was advised by an orthopedic doctor to purchase a pair of arch supports. This product is what I chose. I adhered them to the tacky underside of a full length shock-absorbing insole and use the two products in tandem. These arch supports have a higher degree of arching than others I have previously tried. You can feel the spring in your step with these in place. I found the combination of the two products to be very comfortable and effective in reducing foot fatigue.

My husband has very flat feed and was beginning to complain about pain and discomfort. We went on line to see what would be best for him and decided on these. Perfect fit for him and he is feeling much better now walking. I would suggest buying more than one pair so you don't have to keep removing and placing in what your wearing each day.

I have been searching for these heat moldable insoles for years. I have several old sets that I have completely worn out. These new ones are great. They are a little wide for some shoes and OK for others. I found that about 30 seconds of heat from a heat gun and I was able to cup the sides up slightly, narrowing the insole and now they fit all shoes fine. I plan to buy more.

These insole's were recommended by my podiatrist, so I thought they were going to fit well and provide the support i need. Unfortunately they are too wide and slip a little. Also, I think they are too expensive for what you get, they don't fit well and the arch is not high enough to provide support.
