HurleyMen's Standard Phantom Fabric One and Only Stretch 21" Boardshort

Very comfortable and a good length for my lower half. The strings to tie could be a little thicker I have a feeling at some point they will break. The color is amazing!

Wore these to Kauai literally the whole trip, so good for the price, can't be beat. Surfed in them without any issues, got into some pool volleyball, did some snorkeling, you name it, these trunks were there for the journey. In addition to their flexibility (literally, I think I could stretch the leg enough to fit both legs in one) the best part is that they dry super fast and are very lightweight, I highly recommend these trunks.

Usual high quality Hurley swimsuit. Nice and lightweight and quick to dry. The logo wore off immediately though. Not what I would expect from a Hurley swimsuit. I can’t be bothered with a return but am really annoyed that the logo is all blotched and shotty.

Bought for the beach. Very satisfied

I'm a huge fan of Hurley clothing and have been using Hurley boardshorts since I was a high schooler (the late '90s). I'm also a fan of boardshorts over traditional swim trunks. The primary differences (at least to my eye) are boardshorts tend to feature a more flattering appearance thanks to the slimmer cut of the materials and feature no inner liner. These Hurley Phantom Fabric Boardshorts fit that description pretty much dead-on.There's a lot to like with these shorts. The aesthetic is just superb and in keeping with the clean, simple lines of my favorite boardshorts. You get a simple drawstring closure; a nice slim cut, one zippered back pocket, and a few Hurley logos tastefully displayed on the shorts. My shorts are in 'Beta Blue' and the color is a nice sky blue that looks terrific.Performance in the water (both pool and ocean salt water) has been excellent. The shorts stay put not sliding up or down much at all. There aren't many pockets to complicate things or retain water so that helps. The shorts dry in a reasonable amount of time and will leave you feeling dry and comfortable once out of the water.I'm also a fan of the materials Hurley has used in these shorts - a Polyester, Spandex blend that has plenty of give making the shorts extremely comfortable.The only minor gripe might be practicality out of the water. For instance, on a recent trip to Florida, I wanted to head out to a beachside eatery after spending some time in the water. These shorts have almost no storage minus the back pocket. Had I planned better I would've taken a change of clothes.Minor gripe aside, these are fantastic and attractive boardshorts that work well! Recommended!

I love the aqua blue color of these shorts. They're nice and bright and perfect for the beach.There's no liner inside these, so your dangly bits will be unsupported. Thankfully, the fabric is nice and soft and so these are very comfy to wear, and they're a slim fit so it would be pretty hard for people to be able to see up the leg and catch a glimpse of your manly parts, even when you're sitting down.There's only one pocket, and it's zippered and on the back. A front pocket would be nice, but I guess the fact that there are no front pockets give the shorts a cleaner look.Strangely, the tag on the shorts says they "sit below the knee", but they sit above the knee (which looks and feels great).
