Waste of money
Each block didn't even last a day with normal flushing. Advertising blurb states around 14 days for each block - but you'd be lucky to get a week with all six. They smell awful too and the colour - especially the green - is vile. Looks like the toilet hasn't been flushed. Will stick with the household name brands available from the supermarket in future. They say you get what you pay for. Lesson learnt.

Disappointing.
The blue blocks take several days for the colour to be noticeable with a flush and last barely 10 days. The green ones are awful and after a flush give the impression that the toilet has not been flushed after urination - most unpleasant. The green blocks last barely a week! We are a household of 2 with 2 toilets so aren't being flushed constantly which would lead to a pale flush.

No Substitute for a Toilet Brush
I think this is one of those products that promises the impossible. How can you design a product to dissolve enough to deeply colour your water, yet not dissolve and therefore last an age while submerged in your tank? I haven't seen any brand that lasts anywhere close to the promised number of flushes. I think the companies lab test these by flushing many times in a row, but in real life the disk sits in your tank for many hours between flushes and continues to dissolve. So is it worth buying? Not in my opinion. But I didn't grow up with these. I grew up manually cleaning the bowl with a brush once a week and I still do. Even when these disks are working, they won't handle that grunge that collects under the bowl rim, so you'll still need a brush. And since mixing the wrong chemicals can create toxic fumes, I don't love having these disk chemicals lingering in my toilet water making me worry if the bowl cleaner I want to use is safe to add. The only reason I buy these is bc my hubby is used to them and feels better seeing the coloured water. Mental comfort is important, so if it makes him feel cleaner, what's a few pounds? But functionally, I think the idea of these is a joke. If you really want a clean bowl, forget disks. Get a brush and some soap and do a quick scrub once a week. And remember it's a toilet: there's a limit to how sanitary it's going to get.

Cheap and average
These are so much cheaper than normal ones you buy form the supermarket and that is the reason I’d buy them again. They break up and leave fragments in the bowl and the water isn’t as dark as normal blocks but as I said, they’re so cheap so I will continue to buy.

lasts four flushes!
These might last 14 days if you don't flush for 13 of them, but the water colour and scent has gone after four flushes and any sign of bubbles from cleaning agents quickly disappears thereafter, as does any remnant in the cistern, careful positioning out of direct water-flow notwithstanding. You sometimes get what you pay for and these are certainly inexpensive, but in this case even that is insufficient as value for money.

Does what it says on the tin
Each block lasts about 14 days as it says on the packaging. The blocks are full of colour and help to keep the loo smelling fresh.

Pointless and wasted money
These claim a 2 week duration - they last maybe 2 or 3 days. Placed exactly as instructed near the float, away from the inlet - not flushing any more than an average family. By the 3rd day the water is running clear and the block has completely dissolved and disappeared. Would not recommend or buy again.
