This is a cute set but I have a couple concerns. One, there are splinters as not all the wood is sanded down well. Second, the cards don’t stay upright like they are suppose to but slide into the slot blocking the words. This is an okay set but not one I’d purchase again.

I got this for a 4 year old and she loved using the blocks to make the words. The only complaint I have is when you put the card in the slit designed for it ti sit in it slides down in the slot and you can’t see the whole word. Next time put the picture of the word on bottom and the word on the top of the card.

I’ve already recommended this to so many of my fellow homeschool moms. My son is just learning to read and work on sight words and this product is perfect for it. The blocks and wood container are great quality! The cards are double sided, and this makes for a fun activity in his morning basket!

I opened it and my daughter played with me. I realized that they are the ideal size for young hands. She had a good time and could master some words in 10 minutes. Much easier to learn than pencil and paper style. In my opinion, such a simple design is a bit expensive, but if it can help her read easily, it will be worth it.

Bought this for my 3.5 years old son during quarantine time - He enjoys it and is able to work on the words by himself with minimum assistance. The wood block is sturdy and the set easy to put away when done. Great educational set for home schooling or simply extra curriculum.

I was so excited to get these today (I ordered two for my twin grand babies). Unfortunately when you put the cards in the slot you can’t see the word! If kids are older and you want to hide the word, it would work but for 3 year olds, they have to be able to see the letters to practice.

My daughter loves this. This was the only toy that really got her into her letters. But I have no J. So she can’t spell out the word jar. Other than that the product is great.

I got these educational learner letter toys for my nephews. They are made of good quality. I wanted to use something physical that would help them learn letters instead of making them learn on an electronic gadget as an iPhone or iPad. You can make 4 letter words with these blocks.
