I use this quite often along with Dr Mercola’s Magnesium L-Threonate to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. It has replaced my use of doxalamine for sleep assistance, which left me droggy the next day. Natural is always better in my way of thinking than using a product of Big Pharma.

I was given this product randomly by my father (who is a physician!). Regular melatonin tablets have never worked for me, so I was skeptical at first… Needless to say- I am so in love with this spray! The raspberry flavor is delicious and soothing. I’m still in shock over how sleepy I get within an hour of taking it. 10/10 recommend!

I like having this sleep aid in a spray bottle that I can conveniently keep by my bed. I find that it is effective for assisting my getting to sleep. It is not habit forming.

Under tongue gives me quite a good few hours

I love this product but one bottle failed and it’s half empty and we cannot use it.

It works pretty well, I have to use it several times at night to stay asleep. Dislike: it makes me groggy in the morning.

The taste is good. It works! Because of peri menopause I have lost the ability to sleep at night. 6 sprays and then 3 sprays 1-2 hours later normally help me sleep all night.

I did not help with sleep in my case.
