Cant decide between the cot size or the twin size. is there a big difference between the two sizes? is the cot size find to sleep on?

Do you really have to drill holes to make the holes bigger?

Based off of the unit i received and reviews from others, they have some manufacturing inconsistencies that might make you have to modify your from to make things fit. Mine came to me with the base braces about 1/2" too short center hole to center hole so drilling wasn't even an option. I've contacted customer service and they are supposed to be sending me the correct parts but i haven't received anything yet

Anyone notice any odor from the mattress? Or become ill after sleeping on?

This mattress is made with memory foam which can give off an odor which is typically of any new memory foam product. This smell is completely harmless and will dissipate quickly.
