My favorite chewable vitamin C. Really good orange flavor. I take 2. It helps me have a better attitude for taking my many vitamins if a few of them actually taste good!

Vitamin C content was good and effective in terms of energy. It seems to have sugar content as well so watch out on taking too many. They have a citrus but slightly sweet smell and taste.
