PROS:** Works okay for steam ironing light clothes (women's garments, men's shirt)** Priced well if under or about 500 (I paid more and I feel its a poor value)** Quality looks good from outside (doesn't feel flimsy in the hand)CONS:** Not very suitable as facial steamer but can be used (must keep the face at a safe distance)** Not a substitute for your regular/steam press** It's bulky, even less portable than a regular press** After every two-three boiling cycle water turns yellow (urine-like color)** Not sure if it's gonna last more than a year or soThe product is well thought about, but some poor design decisions ruin the usability.It has two steaming mode. HIGH mode is good for ironing clothes. It says 300ml max, but I doubt that's the case. It good for no more than 2 pieces of cloth.For facial even LOW mode is too much. It generates too much steam and boiling water comes out of the steam holes in splashes (keep the face at safe distance or you will end up with a burn rather than a sauna). Also, I tried using it with essential oil (for curing rhinitis). No luck, it started to foam and steam became violent.It's bulky, definitely bigger than a regular press, so not suitable as a travel press.Now for the worst. Every 2-3 boiling cycle the water turns yellow. I always use purified water (the one we drink ourselves) to prevent scaling. It's almost magical how such pure water turns into muddy yellow after 2-3 boiling cycles. Possibly it's heating element is designed to "shed" in order to prevent scaling, which means it will have a very limited life.

Good product and quality is satisfactory

Guys this product is OK OK .But be very careful while using with kids. A little extra water filled to its water tank and it starts sprinkling boiling hot water.Plz keep its steam outlet in other direction while using first time and also try to start using once proper steam start coming out . Always maintain some distance after switching and use.If u want steam for cough n cold better use other steamers .dont buy this.This is ok for mild facial steam only.Overall not recommended for kids

Risky - Hot water comes out along with steam. Which might spoil your or loved once face.. so would not recommend this product. May try some branded products.

Product worked perfectly alright for the first 3 days of use but now instead of steam coming from nozzle above it’s coming out from the sides

We couldn't open on 21st, Sept, 20, opened today. But it is in damaged condition. Water is coming out of viewing glass. Kindly replace.

Oral product is good to add water legend hundred ml updating it will not split out side
