Perhaps I got a dud but that's what it is. After giving it some time to inflate to size, about 4 days it never actually did. When I opened it, it had kinks and actually seemed to be broke in pieces and not flat but with kinks and ripples. I could also feel my fingers touching from both sides of the pillow indicating it wasn't a solid piece of foam. The outside cover material doesn't have a zipper to remove and wash so I wasn't able to inspect the inside material. I would recommend purchasing a pillow that has a removable cover that you canwash. It has been sent back.

Its lumpy and even after days its still flat and rough. The foam is nothing like the sample piece--its chunky and lumpy and hard.
