Conveniently in one product!
Pertains to PCOS/Endometriosis/perimenopause I’ve had awful periods since I was 7 years old. Nothing really helped but all these different ingredients. This product has them all and it’s easy to take 2 a day versus a handful. My first period was no different but the second I can already see a difference. Less moody, miserable, pain, flow, and cramps. Has helped with libido and hot flashes! I’ll update again at month 3 but so far it is slowly getting better and that’s all I ever wanted!

Great Product
For years I've been struggling with severe mood swings two weeks before my period would arrive that would lead to me binge eating and "completely falling off the wagon." For years I wrote myself off as someone who just had an eating disorder. About a month and a half ago a switch turned off in my head and I asked myself I wonder if this is hormonal. So I downloaded a period app ( yes yes I know I've been such a late bloomer developing self-care acts as a woman) and tracked that my "issues" typically would occurr two weeks before my period and I would essentially only have one good week out of the month. After spending hours online researching and found other products that had added sugars and other ingredients I wasn't interested in I came across Pink Stork Total PMS and found the ingredients to be exactly what I was looking for and a description of the product that made me suddenly feel excited and hopeful. I ordered two bottles and will probably sign up on their website for subscription delivery but for now will be taking it for the next two months daily. I got my period today and only been taking the capsules for the past 4 days which I'm not sure if it's enough time to make a difference but I feel it has made because I had no cramps leading up to it which I typically have pretty bad ones. However I'll know better by next month after taking it every day. The first couple days I took it I had a minor stomach ache and the first day my face had a strange reaction to it but that went right away after taking it with food and letting my body adjust to a new supplement. Product arrived on time and was securely packaged. Thank you so much and I look forward to continue taking it to continue to feel better!

So helpful
I’ve had pretty bad pms since the birth of my daughter 4 years ago. Mainly just really bad mood swings I can’t seem to control. I’m nearing 40 and thought it was just me nearing pre menopause. I saw an ad for these pills and thought I’d take a chance. I’ve been taking them for about a week, with my next cycle due in a week. Normally around this time my mood starts to change and the slightest things will make me angry or upset. I’ve noticed a marked change in that I’m more “me” this time around. I feel better, less tired, and have more energy, not to mention I’m not yelling or feeling uncomfortable. The pills are a little big and have a slight taste to them, but they’re not unpalatable. Drink lots of water after them or they tend to get stuck in your throat. Overall, I’ve only been taking them for a week, so maybe it’s all in my head, but I definitely feel better and I would 100% recommend these to anyone whose been struggling with PMDD symptoms.

Good but...
Pros-made my extremely heavy periods much lighter. My period didn't make me feel as aweful and sick as I usually feel during my cycle. Cons-didnt decrease breast pain. I used this for 2 cycles. The first ime I started taking it a week before my period. I had headaches. Lots of them and OTC pain meds didn't get rid of them. Which was weird. But I didn't connect it to these pills. Thought it was just stress and the crazy weather changes making my allergies worse. When I took them for my next cycle the headaches came back. And I started feeling tightness and burning in my chest. I was also started getting Charlie horses in my legs which I have not gotten since I was a kid. So I stopped taking them and all my symptoms were gone the next day. Just cause I had bad reactions to this supplement doesn't mean you will to. This is just my experience and I'm bummed about it cause they my my periods 50% lighter.

I don't wanna go back to life before this
After getting diagnosed with endometriosis and feeling dejected after doing an extensive amount of research on pain management (because there isn't an actual cure yet) and finding extremely limited options, I somehow came across Pink Stork's PMS supplement. My period pain felt like gunshot wounds and that's no exaggeration, considering how endometriosis is classified as one of the most painful diseases of all time). And although I'm not here to make it seem like this product was an all-encompassing miracle cure, it's also really hard not to say that either. Guys, my pain reduced to extremely manageable levels. I'm talking probably 90-something % of my pain went down. I swear by this, and I'm not an influencer or a public figure so I promise I'm not being paid to say all this. I genuinely hope this company lasts forever because it's helping so many women. Did you know that less than 11% of the NIH's $50 billion budget is allocated toward women's health? And for endometriosis specifically, only about 0.04-0.06% of the budget goes toward medical research for it. We should all be angrier about this. We deserve so much better. You deserve a better quality of life by virtue of being an inherently valuable human being. So let's support the brands that actually try to make life a bit more livable for us. Brands like Pink Stork, so they can continue to develop products for us. Much love!
