The product is a good idea, do not get me wrong. I love the idea of the stones in the orb. The orb I figured out how to open, there is a suction cup mechanism so you basically just push it down, twist it a few times, and then pull the two sides apart and now it is open. The stones, I really do not know where to start with them. I honestly thought they were stones that had to push on the bottom, like a try-me button. But no, they are ones that you have to literally push both sides of the stone to turn them on or off or to change the mode. The button is THE ACTUAL BATTERY, which I do not understand that part.And when you first turn on the stones, the button/battery gets stuck. My mom had to use sewing scissors to try to get the button/battery unstuck. We got some of them unstuck but ended breaking the battery from the reality what I guess is the wires/lightbulb sensor. And now it turns on or off or switches the mode from the slightest touch or drop. So now I have to figure out how to fix it. What is funny is that I also ordered a mug as well and it came in better packaging than the orb. The mug came in a styrofoam container and was taped together.The orb came in A PLASTIC ZIP UP BAG and the stones came in A PLASTIC BAG YOU WOULD GET FROM A TOY BUILD-A-PLANE, IN A ARCADE. The stones were in A SMALL PLASTIC CONTAINER YOU WOULD HOLD DIAPER PINS OR CLOTHING PINS IN and, the container for the stones WAS CRACKED. When I opened the container with the stones, IT BROKE WHEN I OPENED IT. I feel like I was sort of ripped off, to be honest, the quality of the orb is great and the idea is awesome. Just need to work on a different mechanism for the stones and the quality of the packaging. Because this should be in some sort of box rather than be in a plastic bag. For $30, the quality should be WAY better. Now I have to figure out how to fix this before my step-dad's birthday on March 18th.

Just received this in the mail 10 days ahead of the estimated delivery date. Looks great from the outside and contains all of the infinity stones that light up when pressed on the bottom. The only drawback was there were no directions on how to open it so I kept twisting it but it never opened. I had to look at the picture to see how it was put together. You have to pull it apart with quite some force but now that I know that it is easy to open and close. All of the infinity stones can fit into the orb for storage. They come in a separate plastic case.

I got this as a gift for my Marvel-loving girls. The stones are great and have two different modes of lighting up (blinking or "on"). My kids love them but the ball is literally impossible to open. My husband is the only one in the family who can open it, which is disappointing as the kids can't play with it alone or even use the ball to store the stones.

It's ok,total pain to pull apart and get open, the stones aren't solid they're kinda flexible, you press the battery on the back to turn it on,fast flash,slow flash,solid light,its a little difficult to get the modes to change and turn back off. Hopefully my 13yr old will like this Xmas gift

Got the orb, no gems. I don't think the single, hard to open piece of plastic, which is advertised as including the infinity stones, is worth $30 on its own. Planning to reach out for a refund.

No gems. Hard to open. I almost ordered individually which would have been cheaper. I chose convenience. Now i have to go to ups for a return.

Purchased this item twice! Both times it never came with the (light-up) crystals/gems inside! My 8yo son was very disappointed, he saved up and used his own money to purchase 😔
