after using the trx system in the past I was after my own personal suspension kit, after trying and returning a few (cheaper ones) this seemed to be the perfect one for me. If you are not familiar with suspension training you just imagine using your body as a dumbell. With these straps it is so easy to work every aspect of your body, suitable for all ages and very handy if you need to work on your form, very easy to adjust to a secure length with 1 press and a pull. It features tough handles perfect for maintaining a strong grip even when sweaty. The foot cradles are padded making them comfortable and great to get your legs burning. The door wedge is adjustable into different loops (higher or lower) if you dont want to adjust the strap themselves. the carabiners are very strong and it also comes with a extension strap if you want extra length or to work out outside using a tree. This kit features some high quality stitching and great red accents to make it stand out. Also coming together in a nice thick carry bag, I have a similar kit at home that has cost me more and this is far superior in quality and design!! I would highly recommend this kit, I personally do 20-30 min sessions with this straight after a 35-40 muinite hit session, I would also reccomend time the fitbeast resistance kit too! Such a great company with affordable prices and excellent customer service.

Contents:You get a bag, an extension strap, 2x suspension straps, 2x door anchors, 2x elastic straps to store it.Suspension Trainer:You can adjust the door anchors to cater for different heights of door, which I will come in handy if you travel a lot with it, or go on holiday. It's easy to adjust, up and down, the handles are comfortable but firm, and my hands don't slip on them. I really like the fact that the suspension straps are separate, meaning I can use one at a time, or two people can workout at the same time. Carabiners feel pretty solid, and the straps feel safe and sturdy when workout out.Overall very pleased with it, much cheaper than TRX, well worth the money, has everything you need, and the two elastic straps are a great idea to keep each suspension strap separated and tidy.

Brilliant, comes with nice netted carry bag which isn’t too big lifetime warranty which you have to register for and isn’t hard to do so , good quality,I use top brand ones in the gym and these are no different at all you can feel the quality in them when using them easy to adjust with the one finger operation spring adjuster and attach any where you want with ease there’s a separate strap to aid attaching to different anchor points ,also comes with a booklet which gives you a variety of workouts you can do really happy with this product and really good value for money thank you Fitbeast for a good product and there’s plenty of other products available on their website

I have a pull up bar, and for months I though that is all I need. I didnt realise that I needed this until I had it.I used it a few days ago and I am still aching.Working out on this thing is both easy and hard. Easy because it comes with a book with a work out pattern, like a choose your own adventure thing. Hard because it really pushes you. Forget waving heavy weights around, this thing really makes you work! and it includes all the little muscles that stop you getting injured, according to my sports therapy friend.I really like the things that allow you to put it on a good, really clever and simple idea! not everyone has a fixed point on their ceiling!You really cant go wrong with this, even if you just use it to help with physio like I am. (even though I will still use it after I am fixed!)

Great product. Always the first thing that comes to mind when using home gym equipment that requires you to use your weight is how strong it is and this product not only looks strong but feels sturdy and safe. Heavy straps and big carabiners.Well worth the money, I use it as a warm up and cool down exercise but can be used for intense training and the feet holes are great for abdominal training. The different ways the straps can be fastened and the extension strap means this can be used virtually anywhere

Have used products like this before and fancied some for home use. Went to get Trx ones (As that's what I'd used) but was shocked at the price.Had a look around on here and settled on these (quarter of the price!) - was expecting them to seem inferior but very happy to say they are perfect. Extremely solid construction, built to last (they even give you a lifetime warranty just in case). Incredible value and of course as a workout tool so flexible (and as demanding as you want it to be).The door stops are VERY chunky so can be used with absolute confidence and of course can be attached to other things easily (I also used them on a freestanding chin up bar).If you are on the fence, take the plunge - you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love this contraption. I don't always have the time to go to the gym, and having this at home allows me to get in a proper workout without leaving the house. The potential uses are endless. The box includes an instruction with different movements/workouts and correct way to install the straps. It's just a fun way to try new things and use muscles that you wouldn't be able to otherwise. I can't do pistol squats in real life, but I can with this thing! It's incredibly easy to use and to adjust. There are also extension straps in the carry bag in case the straps are not long enough when you do exercise ourdoors. Most importantly, the handles are much more comfortable than those foam ones coz this one is rubber.
