If you have to avoid dairy, gluten, nuts, nightshades, and other allergens, you can't find a better cracker that allows such varied uses. If you do, please let me know. I've read the negative reviews mostly for the other flavors. The only negative about these crackers is that they are expensive. They are packaged well, have always tasted fresh after multiple orders, don't spike my blood sugar yet have a bit of sweetness from the currants.

I recommend these Flackers Cinnamon & Currant crackers for anyone wanting gluten-free crackers without a lot of additives or junk ingredients. I like the taste of this flavor of Flackers and I love that it is almost sodium free (5 mg sodium per serving and no added sodium). Also no added sugar. High in fiber with 8 grams per serving. Flax seeds are really nutritious, a good source of Omega 3 fatty acid and they taste good. I personally don't want to buy snack foods that taste so good that I want to eat them all day long. Most snack foods are designed to hook you so you want to keep stuffing yourself with them. Most snack food is loaded with sodium, sugar and fat. Is it any wonder that so many of us gain excess weight. I use the crumbs to mix in with cereal or mix them in with raw unsalted walnut baking pieces , raisins or dried cranberries and Lilly's no sugar added dark chocolate baking chips for a snack. Trader Joe's has a great no cook recipe using ground flax seed, walnuts, chocolate chips, chunky peanut butter, and a bit of maple syrup. Anyway, these are the # 1 prepackaged snack food at our house.
