A long way ahead for it to be called Great
First, let’s just decide once and for all that a diary will be called a diary if it has 100gsm or higher gsm paper. 80gsm doesn’t cut it.Second, the purpose of dot grid paper is to give an impression of paper being plain and so that only text is visible to the reader. So the dark and thick dots didn’t work at all.Third, the dots were not aligned with the edges of the diary i. e. not parallel. The spine of the diary needs to be more smooth. It bends at various parts in a non-uniform way.Maybe keep the cover page inside light in colour so that the name written is actually visible.Quality of the cover was good.Papercoal has the potential to improve the product.

Thin pages
The cover is great, finishing is also good. But what i dont like about this notebook is the quality of its pages. I ordered the unruled one and i'm sorry to say that the pen bleeds on the page and the impression on the back of the page is evident. Some pages also have stains on them.So if you're planning to use it just for scribbling or brain dumping, it's fine. But if you want to use it as a planner or journal, i suggest you look for a better one.

Nice experience ❤
This was a great product you can see the proper size of the product as I have compared it with my hand. The simple sketches of crayola company get bleed otherwise this is a good product for sketching, for making journal or even drawing anything you can do I have started making my German apps and the product turned out so good you are also given a small packet of sticky note and a cute Thank you card. But you cannot use markers, sketches on it properly as the pages get soggy otherwise it is worth buying . good product according to the price.

Nice journal with small changes could have been perfect!
It’s a nice looking notebook that has small design touches: a shiny line on the elastic band, a shiny logo on the front - it makes it a bit more girly. I would not recommend it for a man.The inside paper is glossy but the ink does not smudge. The pages are thick enough that the writing does not show on the reverse page.I gave it 4 stars only because the dots are a bit too dark - I would have liked them less prominent so they don’t stand out so much.

Hype not substance.
Highly disaapointed. I love books, stationery and journaling which means I'm always on the lookout for good quality notebooks and pens.Since I'm fond of stationery, my journaling and productivity system give me a chance to explore many different pens and notebooks. This is neither something you'd use for quick notetaking as it's cumbersome, badly designed and okayish paper. There are no secret pockets and the notebook is pricey. It looks okay from a distance and the stitching and pasting is poor in my opinion. This was my first and last papercoal notebook. Amazon basics has a much more practical and better value for money journal/notebook.

Crushed edge crushed pages. Disappointed
Does one pay premium price just to recieve damaged products. Crushed edges crushed pages. Will be using it only for rough work noe and not fair work. I think the company shouod focus on quality check , else there are numerous other brands offering similar products. What a disappointment.

Price should be decreased.
I would say the diary in itself is good, I wanted a small size that could fit in a backpack and is also not unnecessarily heavy, the criterion this one fulfills. Although I do feel that they should reduce the price cause there is nothing very unique about this. It's a normal diary and it doesn't look the amount charged. The paper quality is good though but again the number of pages are less which is ideal for its size but the price should also complement the same.

Just DO NOT buy it.
Don't purchase. Its really bad. Paper quality isn't good. The dots in dot grid are so dark that you cannot see what you are writing and the bookmarks are made of some rough cloth and not satin. Moreover the cover itself looks like cheap cloth. I have used Matrikas and Menorah Dot grid journals and none has been so bad.. Go for Matrikas they have page numbers also and in case you don't mind writing page numbers on your own go for Menorah.. They are so much better than this cheap piece of trash.
