Great value and quality product. Would recommend it to anyone who would like to strengthen the hand and wrist area. Doesn't have any smell and the cover is very soft and flexible. Not too big for my small hands. Bought one for my mom as well.

Decent quality, I've only really used 3 of them so far, and just squeezing them in my hand one of them already had the seam rip open. Of the ones that aren't broken they seem to be holding up ok. They are a little stiffer than I expected but very useable. My only complaint is that 1 out of 3 fails under designed use.

Needed a stress ball to help with blood & plasma medical tests; it has a solid, firm feel when squeezed. High resistance is experienced when using a full-handed grip, but it is still easy to use with a pinching grip. Even for everyday use, it's perfect & fits in the pocket. Black is a simple but clean color

I use squeeze balls to loosen and strengthen my arthritic hands. The serenilite ball is amazing. The center of the ball has a firmer texture that allows me to squeeze the ball very firmly. I own several squeeze balls, all of them are good. This one is by far the best. It also relieves stress and tension.
