I rarely write product reviews (although I should since I use them as part of my selection process), but this lantern right here?? VERY necessary! And it's going to be a long one but worth every minute and word. I've already bought this 2 pack Ezorkas lantern set TWICE for emergencies and bad weather outages, and am about to buy a third set. And no- the 2nd was not a replacement for ones that "burnt out". As EXCELLENT as they are, I doubt they CAN burn out at this point. The lanterns I initially bought have been going strong since 2020/21. I bought my parents a set because they kept telling me how concerned they were about more frequent outages caused by intense storms. They're in love and asked me to get another them another set...or 2. I won't even address value for money because the price point was great (pre-fall and winter) and less than even mini flashlights at my Target. And then you get TWO? Can't be outdone. Brightness: They're super bright- the small flashlight and lantern when extended literally light up my condo, and the beacon/ emergency flasher and blinker wouldn't ever be overlooked regardless of how dark or foggy the area. My dad jokes that he may as well get off the electric grid lol. Convenience and Safety: Not only do these lanterns mean I don't need to use dangerous candles or propane in case of an emergency, they are also rechargeable so I never have to worry about rushing to the store for batteries after a storm warning is issued or even then dying when I may still need the lantern. The fact that I can just plug it into a USB port is PERFECTION as I can recharge the lantern almost anywhere including in my car. The magnets on the base also mean I can stick it to any metal surface and leave my hands free. All the above are big parts of why I travel with 1 of these lanterns in my car at all times. Which brings me to... Compact and Sleek: As much as it has going on (and it's A LOT), these lanterns aren't bulky at all- they're small but mighty! I mean even the on/off for the main lantern area just requires sliding the body to extend/ close. Plus, with a handle that happens to fit over my wrist, I don't risk it slipping or falling when I'm using it. All the integrated design and additional features are amazing! Longevity: I can't even tell you how long the light stays on when fully charged because they have never gone out on me! Everrr. I had an outage one night, so I woke up and turned on one of these on then went back to bed. The beauty of not using a flame like with candles or battery-powered lights right?! When I got up several hours later, the lantern was still as brilliant as the sun and the lights were back on. We're talking 5+ hours consistently and I have only charged them the one time after I got them. I was REALLY impressed. Well Made: Last, but certainly not least, the lanterns are sturdy and they WORK and they work very, very well right out the box. When I first ordered a pair, I had some doubts as I couldn't imagine getting one good lantern much less 2 for the price. I figured if they were defective I would just return them. Boy was I glad to be wrong! 4 lanterns, 0 defects. Winning! Don't even "think about it" re purchasing. Add to cart. Proceed to checkout. Those are the only things you need to know. This is the 3rd one of these units I have bought (bought a 2-pack this last time). These lanterns are super bright and fully charge in about 2-3 hours, depending on the wattage of your charger (not incuded). They do include a very short charging cable, but I always prefer using a longer one that I already own, instead. Cool features: magnetic base, secret battery compartment on the screw-off bottom so you use 3 AA batteries if needed in a pinch, although I never need to, because I keep all 3 lanterns fully charged at all times, other than when in use. The LED flashlight on top is not meant to be the biggest, brighest, best. It only serves as a quick fix in a pinch type of thing. The two red LED flasher modes make this perfect for using by the roadside to alert passing motorists that you are stopped and may need assistance, or are changing a flat tire. For this reason alone, let alone going camping with them, toss a pair of them in an emergency bag in your trunk, check on their charge every 6 .onths or so to top off the charge if needed. These could literally save your lives from someone plowing into you on the highway. The magnetic base is perfect to stick on your trunk so the red flashers can easily be seen down the road by passing motorists. These units are small and fit comfortably in your hand, and have both a top and side metal handles that fold into the contour of the light. TIP: These lights are extremely bright, but you can simply pull up the top of the unit just a tiny bit to limit the amount of light shining. It takes some getting used to, but the size is perfect for my Get Home Bag and a vehicle's limited space. All in all, an excellent value for the price. EDITED TO ADD: During a recent (and frequent!) power outage, I gave 2 away to the neighbors. Bought 4 more, gave 2 more away to family. These are worth the price! You can't go wrong.

Received today 1113-2019 the COB Camping Lantern – read instructions and immediately charged units after inserting three fully charged AA rechargeable batteries. I do sincerely appreciate unit has an internal 18650 battery and also uses backup AA’s at the same time. I also appreciate order includes two lanterns. Just before my bedtime power when off to this area of town and I employed the usage of these units immediately. Very impressed with their brilliance and usage longevity in that they lasted some ten hours and were still working this morning (1114-019) when I woke up. I am also impressed with all the features these units employ including as a lantern, flashlight, beacon and “SOS” signaler – that the units can be hung, carried and their magnetic bases can be used for attachment to metal objects – fact is I attached both units to my refrigerator last night so I could cook my dinner – very impressed by the light level of these units that far exceeded my kitchen’s normal light level. Last comment as I already own three (3) LED collapsible lanterns that each were claimed to be of 1000 lumens (at best 125 lumens) these COB Lanterns of stated 350 lumens are more powerful than all three of those units in operation. Those LED units are not as versatile as these COB Lanterns and lack so many featured found on your product. Please use my review to support your product; they also cost less than the cost of my three LED Lanterns. I intend to purchase more of your product; and I do and will recommend your product to other people – fact is I already have – to other people who live in my apartment complex – a community of old and disabled people. These portable three mode lights are very nice. Since these were cheap in price I didn’t expect them to be very good but I was pretty impress with the way the lantern mode shines. I would say they are equivalent to a bright 800-1K lumens. I was able to light up a two car garage at night so I could work on my car. After a full charge, they last a long time too. With a full charge I was able to use the lights for 5 hours before they show any signs of low battery. These are excellent for camping. I would definitely take these on my next family camping trip. The emergency flashers are great and bright and can be seen for miles. As far as brightness goes, I’m not going to rave about the flash light. It works and will light up an area around you but not enough to use it for hiking at night (but who hikes at night anyway). The collapsible feather is a plus since you want something that takes less space so you can throw it in a backpack or bag. I love the magnets on the bottom. Stick these on the metal part of a car hood and you got hands free to work with both hands on your car. Forget about asking someone to hold the light for you. Overall, I like the compact size and the brightness of the lantern and the red flashers. Would I recommend these to someone? Most definitely! Oh I got these on a Amazon lighting deal and that’s even better!

These are great emergency light lanterns. They have several different features for adjusting the light and options for battery - internal and AAs for use when the internal battery dies. They recharge via mini-usb which is disappointing that it's not USB-C but they do what I needed them to do and are very compact when they are turned off and the metal hangers and handles are folded in the base. They are also lightweight which is great for camping/backpacking. Don't forget to bring your mini-usb cable with you to charge these up.

Nice bright, easy to use lanterns. Battery last pretty well for a cheap lantern. Put out a lot of light, easy to charge.

We have used these lanterns camping as well as just around the house- my son likes to use it as a night light in his bedroom. It has a nice feature that allows it to slide open and let the light shine in various amounts. However, it is so bright, that even when it's open only about 1/2 an inch there is still quite a lot of light shining. I like the 2 wire clasp/ handles that lock the lantern in place when not using that feature, and also act as hangers that you can use to either hang horizontally by one, or use both to hang from the top. On top is a smaller light that produces more of a spotlight, yet it also provides a very bright source of light to shine ahead of you for walking on a path or searching for something with a focused light beam. The strong magnets on the bottom are great, too. My kids love the red alert flasher lights, and I'm sure I would also appreciate them in an emergency situation, or even as a way to signal someone to your location. My favorite feature of this lantern, though, is it's ability to be recharged by plugging into a USB port/ charger. This little lantern is a steal for the quality, versatility, ease of use, and power; it's truly more than worth the price (so glad we ordered the 2 pack), and better yet, I have no doubt that both will certainly last us well into the future!

I'm one of those people who really only needs a lantern (or two) on occasion. They aren't something I personally use in my day-to-day life. That said a good lantern can be incredibly useful and doesn't have the positioning issues of a flashlight; so I decided to pick one up recently. I was really surprised at the cost of a lot of the rechargeable lanterns and my desire to keep lots of D batteries around sort of faded out about 20 years ago. I just wanted a reasonable quality rechargeable lantern for a good price, I wasn't looking to spend $60+ dollars on something I'd only seldom use. Then I found these lanterns and wow, I'm really glad I took a chance and purchased them. The price is fantastic for what you get. I wasn't initially sold on the multi-functionality (i.e. top lights) of the lanterns but having now used them it's a good addition. Plus those magnets on the bottom are no joke. My inner child immediately stuck the lantern to the nearest metal object and I have to admit I was kind of shocked when not only did the lantern not fall, it didn't even slide. Brightness is definitely good enough for me. I don't have any lanterns to compare them to, but when fully opened I'd say it's plenty bright for almost any circumstance the normal person would need a lantern in. Definitely worth the five star rating for sure. Only caveats are that they are a little on the small side (good for me) and feel a bit light (also good for me) - so if you're looking for a large and supremely rugged lantern these probably aren't it, but for standard usage these are fantastic.
