Misleading, there is only 1 packet not 4 as advertised

Great. Thick, absorbent, comfortable, the best!
I got these as a backup, just in case, and I have to say I'm totally converted. They're very thick so good absorbers, very comfortable (sometimes I cant even feel them), they're also very sticky which is a problem I often find with other sanitary towels. The sticky back goes the full length of the pad, which means I never have to worry about it moving. They're perfect for sleeping in. Just great.
