Description is right on , so many times small means giant’s small . Great to find small that’s actually small. They are comfortable partly due to the fact that they fit . Nice and thick without being bulky , prevents the heat from transferring to your hands . Shields me from the screaming heat and steam while the lifting and turning of the magical dancing of the sourdough bread is alive and well in the 500* oven . Absolutely the best oven gloves ever. The silicone prevents slippage yea no drops or burns . As for use during grilling , I haven’t cranked it up yet , although I can’t recall the grill processing the 500* that the oven does for hours . I would guess the grill would not be a challenge for these fantastic work horses . As for cleaning I’ve only had to give them a shake and they are ready to go the next time. Absolutely read the description to avoid disappointment in sizing as the description is the most accurate for a product I’ve seen in a long time , larger hands will not be a fit , they do have some give but not a lot of stretch . These oven gloves have no competition, especially if you are a woman with small hands. After hours of searching online and on Amazon for oven gloves that come in size small I found these. There were enough reviews by women saying they really are smaller than the one size fits all (which is 99% of oven gloves) that I ordered them. I have small thin hands and the fingertips were only 0.3 inch beyond my fingertip. The glove is bulky but there was no difficulty getting a firm hold of casserole dishes or skillet handles. This was most likely due to the silicone that is on them and very helpful. And they passed the ultimate test of getting a cast iron skillet of cornbread out of the oven without feeling any heat. I highly recommend these oven gloves.

There nice but not 932 degrees. My hands started to get hot after about a second and the temperature was about 400

These gloves are nice and performed as advertised. Purchased primarily for the smoker. Holds the heat at bay, but for me the nicest thing are the individual fingers with a great grip. Was able to grip large/small foods off the grill with no slippage.

Very well made and thick. No slip rubber grips. Work great.

I like these gloves- I order regular after sending back small as I have small hands and short finger nails. The small were a tiny bit snug which would have been okay but it took a while to wiggle them on as my fingernails kept getting caught in the lining. As often as we take gloves on and off during cooking gloves need to go on quickly. The regular were a little too large but it’s not like I am going to be doing delicate work with them. I like these gloves feeling of safety when I pull heavy pans out of the oven. It makes cooking less intense in a way. You do need to watch out for moisture as they aren’t designed to protect from heat when they are wet. So I am satisfied with this purchase

These have been working great, but a month in the end of the index finger has melted in a small spot, so makes it harder to use them without getting burned on that finger. I have been using them t9 take things out of my oven and air fryer

These oven mitts are amazing - I do not risk dropping things. They are NOT too bulky for my heavy clay pans and I do not feel the heat unless I held it for more than 5 minutes. Use them daily!

I've been using them for a few weeks and I'm yet to feel unsafe using them, I used a side towel for a long time and these gloves give me much better control of what I'm holding, the only slight downside is the can be a little tight around my fingers but then they are for carrying hot things around the kitchen and not for everyday use so it doesn't really bother me.

ThE oven gloves were want I wanted ...comfortable, with sleeve guard The last one has become more important as my wife and I age. Add in there snug fit

Good points are non-slip silicone for good grip, and good but not great heat resistance (taking a 180C tray out of oven with the gloves was good but I could still feel the heat mildly, so I don't know how well they would work at the max rating of 500C). The other minor issue is that they not particularly suited to smaller hands (one size fits all). Otherwise very satisfied with this purchase.
