Did anyone figured out how to keep the box put when pulling the tissue? I often can only use one hand to grab a tissue.

Unfortunately, your experience is a shared one. The material of the box cover is so light that this happens sometimes. The only advice is to put something heavy on top that will make the cover remain stable. Overall, design concept is good but material used is poor choice.
