Works Great!
I have only had the machine out 3 times. So far so good! It works as advertized. I do hope that the battery lasts for a long time. I know it can be replaced, but it looks like a hassle. At any rate, it's been great so far! It did not take long to arrive, much quicker than I expected.

Good diverse feature set with some minor quality of life issues
After 3 months of fairly regular use (1-2x a week, close to 2 hour sessions each), I'm on the whole quite satisfied with my purchase. As configured here, I can run a wide variety of drills between the multiple options for spin, speed, and 2 line oscillation. The thing generally just works and thus far I've not seen any durability or reliability issues pop up even after taking multiple direct shots to various pieces of the machine, including the plastic parts that fold up to form the barriers for the ball hopper. 95% of the time I'm quite happy with it, the other 5% are mostly minor gripes that warrant mentioning but don't detract overall from the positive experience.1) I'm not convinced the height adjustments work in a linear or predictable fashion. Let's say I've tapped on the "up" portion of the toggle switch 3 or 4 times for ball height to get a feed for swing volley drills or straight up lobs. You'd assume that the same number of taps on the down portion of the toggle switch would return it to a previously more neutral ball height for ground strokes. This frequently isn't the case for me and if I've adjusted ball height I've gotten in the habit of shooting a couple balls after changing the height to visually confirm trajectory. This is probably a good habit in general after any change in settings, but it is a bit tiresome if you switch lots of settings in a session.2) The handle height is a pain in the ass. I'm not particularly tall at 5'8" but with the handle in my hand and the machine on its wheels, I still have to crouch or tilt down on one side to be able to reach the handle to pull it. The picture on the product page is somewhat deceiving as it shows a person simply standing beside the machine with the handle in hand. To actually pull the thing behind you requires long enough arms to reach down or else you're craning over. My tall friends have an even harder time with it. Ultimately unless the court I'm on is far from my car, I typically just end up carrying the thing in my arms, at which times I wish the thing had handles on both sides.3) No ball machine I've used doesn't ever jam on occasion, this one included. Happily, so far, this seems to do a pretty good job of correcting itself. I only end up waiting a few extra seconds for the rotation of the wheel to dislodge whatever balls are blocking the feeder from properly getting a ball fed from the hopper.4) The remote is super super rudimentary. You can start and stop and enable oscillation. That's it. I'd love if you could adjust height, spin, or speed, even at extra cost. The latter two controls are rotary dials on the back, so I'm guessing the electronics aren't really inside to be able to adjust remotely. On the whole though, all these issues are quite minor relative to a machine that otherwise works quite well, can adjust height of the feed, produce pretty meaningful speed, backspin, topspin, and has a 2 line feature. Well worth the cost in my opinion.

Broken plastic parts
After about 2 months of medium usage, one of the hopper flaps broke off at the little plastic tab. The hopper flaps are not really the perfect length and bind up, which breaks off the little plastic tabs. Then the handle completely broke off. It is not ABS or HDPE plastic. The handle is short, so if you are taller than 5'4" you have to crouch down to roll the machine. But the handle is not made to LIFT the machine. You cannot use balls that are not fairly new. The feeder compresses them and then gets stuck.
