Well for $5-$6 it's fine for a kids foots stool.I took it out of the box and within 10 min  I leaned forward on it and it collapsed. I'm not a huge guy 6'3" 195lbs and have used several other footstools without issue. the whole stool bent. Certainly not meant for hours and hours of practice or really for adults to put any amount of weight on.

This step has lots of settings to get the height and angle right for playing guitar. But I’ve also used it in place of crossing my legs while working at my desk. Nice device for the price.

I used to roll my right foot on it's side and put my left foot on it.  This is a much better idea.
