LG CCF-340G Quick Circle Book Cover Flip Case for International G3 - Black

This is the proper case for the LG G3 and as such it does everything it claims to do.It looks very smart on the phone (it actually replaces the original back and doesn't show loads of fingerprints - again as claimed). I also bought the original LG wireless charger and of course it works seamlessly with that too.The little circular window at the front is very cool and when the phone is closed it displays a clock and can also access certain other app functions. The phone does get quite a few admiring looks and I think it is the best phone and case I've had so far.I was a bit concerned before I bought it as to how the case front would open, however it opens exactly how I hoped it would and can if required be folded all the way back behind the phone. The hinge system looks very strong and I think ti will last me for a long time.

It fits well replacing the original cover and it's a more robust shell. The circle is actually a hole and the phone is smart to see when the lid is closed switching to the reduced screen mode (clock, camera, ... and other basic application). You can choose the application you want to be able to use from the reduced screen (with the closed lid) but only compatible application are available. And they are not many. I'd rather say only few exclusive application from LG.

Excellent for wireless charging and I love the window at the front. However, after about ten months, the side of the front cover has started to fray a little bit and is starting to look a bit scruffy, which is a shame, as it wasn't by any means cheap. It protects the screen when it's in my handbag, which is great. However, if I didn't find the wireless charging facility so useful, I would swap back to the original cover.

As described great quality from LG. Some reviews have mentioned about the case not closing but not an issue for me, afterall it's a flip case. Loving the Quick Circle options, already customised the apps available as shortcuts - including exclusive game puppy pop.Also love the features being able to answer calls and turn off alarms from within the Quick Circle.The case fits snuggly, and great with the QI wireless charging.

I really wanted the official case but have had so many niggles with it since I got it that I have now taken it off my G3. Firstly the case swings open when put onto the official wireless charging cable which seems like a really bad design flaw. The front is generally a bit flappy in operation and does not feel hard wearing. The other problems are all to do with the quick-circle software which has on several occasions turned the screen on while in my pocket, considerably shortening the already limited battery life.

Lovely case for my new LG G3. Unusual and innovative design and use of the circular window, I really like it. However the flap over the front doesn't stay closed as there is no clasp. I rectified this by buying a separate clip which is excellent but a little expensive.Overall a very good case, just let down slightly by lack of a clasp, hence only 4 stars.

Looks good, and the circle cut out on the front showing the time (which only engages when the case is closed) is quite cool. That said, the case is only functional in a cosmetic way. It doesn't seem to offer any protection for the phone if it dropped, for instance.

For me, this case is the icing on the cake for a great phone. The functionality built into the phone for the case is very limited but download the free "Quick Circle Apps" from the Play Store and you've got loads more options. It's brilliant I love it!
